I would give them a zero! They owe me well over $200 for water they never delivered.

They frequently change delivery day without notice. Website frequently down so you can't contact them or make changes to an order. They charge you for water not delivered and take it automatically from your checking account. Service reps say they will refund overpay, but instead you get charged double again for water not delivered. Also charged for empty bottles they picked up but claim they didn't. They must hire idiots to deliver!
