I ordered two perfume bottles at a reduced price from this online shop.
Although the price seemed very reasonable, the order was paid for in full and I received several order and payment confirmations by email.

The following day, I suddenly received an email stating that my order had been cancelled without any explanation and that the amount would be refunded.
There was no explanation, no contact and no proposed solution (e.g. Correction of the price or follow-up).

If it was a pricing error, I would at least expect transparent communication.
Such an approach seems unprofessional and unfortunately leaves a negative impression of customer service.

For this reason, I cannot recommend the shop.
