This website is ridiculous. I couldn't believe they charged me without my consent $68 to verify my identity. I was so upset. I wasn't even sent a confirmation to my email as well of this charged. Found it on my bank statement. I am trying to get ahold of them for a refund. But I have read other sources there's no one to contact and peole are having a hard time contacting anyone. So I am so frustrated and lost. Please be careful searching usps website since it redirects you to rapid address change website. I would give negative 0 stars if I could.

Scammed into paying $50 for an address change, the website appears first and looks like the USPS website. I tried reaching out to get a refund and there is no customer service.

It was the first google search listing because they paid for an Ad when I Google searched for "USPS change of address" which Google autofilled after I typed "USPS c" I clicked on it and it looked similar to the USPS site but didn't say what it was charging until after I used my card. Pretty smart scam

I would not even give this merchant a star
