I am disappointed with the distribution. I bought two shirts and a day after that a customer service from rakuten called me for the confirmation, then I got an email for confirmation and said that they would send my orders. However, I waited for a week but my orders were not delivered so that I called the customer service for an explanation and they gave me unclear explanation. Then a week after that I got a call that the orders were out of stock and they offered me for refund. Still, I had to wait for a week for the refund until I called them that the refund was not delivered yet. I am disappointed that they are such unprofessional they didn't tell from the beginning that the stocks were available but then they said that the stocks were out.
