I have never had any problems with raceoption, withdrawals are no problem and they always update you before the time if there is going to be maintenance of any sort. And the trading features to use are plenty. I have been with so many different platforms since I started trading and raceoption is the best for now

A year ago i deposited 1000 dollars worth of bitcoin into the raceoption platform to try to do forex options trading. I was trading for a week and not really making any money. I then copied one of their professional traders for a day or so and lost about 200 dollars. Realizing that this wasn't really a good investment trading site for me I stopped trading. I let the money sit in the account for around a year and then recently tried to initiate a withdrawal. This is when the trouble started. First Raceoption wanted my license passport and phone number for their withdrawal procedures. I sent them copies of these documents. Then they wanted selfies with these documents. I complied then was sent an email asking why i was withdrawing. I told them that i did not think options trading was right for me and i wanted to put my money in other ventures. Then i received a call from Kimberly K who said she needed to confirm who i was before releasing my money. I complied again and was told the transfer would go through in a few days once the finance department sends it. I asked for the BTC conf code so i could be assured they sent it. That's when i was told to contact finance department. Then i was told i have to contact the compliance department. This whole setup is obviously a scam and is designed to just frustrate the customer until they either stop harassing them for your money or until their bogus compliance department deems your account non compliant and then they will not release your funds. Beware of this site as you will never get paid and beware of the clowns on TikTok and Instagram promoting this POS site.

Oncce you submit a withdrwal they will block your account and cliam that you are fraud, there algorethem will block any member that wins more than he deposits. I have many testomonials and evidance to support my words, for more info, plz check this yt vid

Nope, my first 2 requests rejected. Then on my 3rd attempt they called me to try to persuade me to leave my money. Now, my request is just pending. Everyone should file a consumer complaint with the Feds.

They lie and scam you for your money, I deposited $2000 and ran my account up to 34k and tried to withdraw 10m and they told me they can only give me what I deposit 1200 ( mind you u deposit 2k) but they told me my deposit was 1200! I will like to share I never like to write about bad about any company or organization but I just feel I have to speak my truth about this particular company. I have been investing with this broker for sometime now and there has been issues. I do know there's rules when it come to withdrawing funds and I have turned over my account several times in order to withdrawal and there's just always an issue. Recently, I put a request in to withdrawal only $2100 and asked them first by email can I withdrawal this amount and they said yes so I see it as no limit. I put this request in 06/28/2022 and didn't receive a call until 07/13 from "success manager" who verified my information and told me I will receive my payment 07/15/2022 and never received anything. I had reached out to follow up to see what was the issue and why didn't I receive my payment and wasn't get any responses. The "success manager" said I was in line and that payment should be executed and fast forward today is now 07/21/2022 and I still have not received my payment from this broker. I am a consistent investor and will like to get help on this matter. I have emailed this company several times and also called them too nothing has changed. I think a company that behaving in this matter and just scamming should not be able to provide any financial service and it's not a good look shows bad business. So anyone from this company is reading this I will like to just receive my payment that I requested and move forward.

Whatever you do do not use this broker. I had been trying to withdraw my funds for days and they would never process my withdrawal. I had call, and been emailing them in regards to my withdrawal and they kept giving me some bull$#*! run around. Finally I receive an email from them saying they had to close my account because of suspicious activity. They just did this to take my money. My account been opened for months and I didn't actually use this broker to trade until a week before posting this. I went and saw a lot of people have experienced this same issue. I will only use pocket option from now on they are the only reliable broker I have used. Attached are photos that it shows how they kept rejecting my withdrawal request and I'm still waiting on my initial deposit that they claim they are sending back

My mom and I both used this broker. I experienced a lot of trouble withdrawing and communicating with support, especially after I used my referral link.
My mom did very well on her account for a week then all of a sudden things took a turn. She was using my laptop to trade because it has a bigger screen and when she went to withdraw they denied her for suspicious account activity. She needed to confirm identity and call, from that moment forward, basically every trade she took lost. Complete broker manipulation and spike outs. She had grown her account to $9,000 then straight downhill.

I'd research other brokers and find a better option.

I invested a lot of money over 20k and they will not let you withdraw. They are a total scam I still have a withdraw pending over two months ago they call you with lies trying to get you to take a bonus so you can't with draw. Please dont get trapped off! As you can see they except your deposit with no problem and thats not half of what I deposited. You have be warn! And please make sure you let everyone else know too.
