I signed up for Quibids but did not see where I had to pay $60.00. When I saw it I was so very upset. $60.00 was $60.00 more then I had to workwith. I sent an Email and within a few min. They reversed it. I am forever gratful.

They charges your credit card $60 to start and every bid would cost you $0.60 every hit win or lose. Not a dea! I lost $60 without any merchandise at all. Customer rep, Porsche refuse to cancel account or refund. Save your money and do not trust this site. Not sure about the good reviews where they coming from perhaps their own employees? Hmmm

I just thought I had a problem so I texted Quibids tech team. They got back to me within 5 minutes. 10 minutes after I started the problem was solved. I feel Quibids was very fair.

This site was purchased on my credit card by my daughter, I sent an email when I got an email asking why I hadn't bid on anything yet, they stopped it at once and credited my card back quickly, thank you

Didn't realize when I put in my credit card there was an automatic $60 charge and to be honest items seemed great but confusing to me. I asked to cancel my membership and they did and refunded me immediately. Very impressed. Thank you!

Super fast response and resolution! Had a laptop not working and they sent me out another one asap and even sent a return label to send the other one back.

I made a mistake that almost took my rent money, but they were very gracious and refunded the $60.00, at least they said they did I am waiting 5 days to be sure
