A turn around

I signed up for Quibids but did not see where I had to pay $60.00. When I saw it I was so very upset. $60.00 was $60.00 more then I had to workwith. I sent an Email and within a few min. They reversed it. I am forever gratful.

They charges your credit card $60 to start and every bid would cost you $0.60 every hit win or lose. Not a dea! I lost $60 without any merchandise at all. Customer rep, Porsche refuse to cancel account or refund. Save your money and do not trust this site. Not sure about the good reviews where they coming from perhaps their own employees? Hmmm

Didn't realize when I put in my credit card there was an automatic $60 charge and to be honest items seemed great but confusing to me. I asked to cancel my membership and they did and refunded me immediately. Very impressed. Thank you!

Could be a lot better

My first problem is I didn't know when I put in my credit card information I would be charged $60. But I decided to go bid on some items since I had already signed up.
I couldn't bid on anything because bidding isn't allowed until the auction is about to end! The "buy it now" prices weren't really deals. I checked Amazon and found the items offered for less, sometimes significantly less. There is a good selection of items, it's just getting them that's the problem.
