The first page showing the great prices made me jump right in and join up, pay my money, erc., before I really knew what was what. When I actually read the rules I realized now is not a good time for me to do this. In the future it may be great fun.
If asked I might suggest to those in charge that they mention to newcomers the advantage of reading about it before you spend money. It would save a lot of busy work for everyone. I did ask for a refund, and they were very prompt about doing that. No complaints at all, just a suggestion. ADDENDUM: I just received the comment below. If I missed seeing it, then Quibids cannot be held responsible for my oversight. I am, however, not ready to sign-up again, and my rating stands as it is.

Quibids is by far the best of all Penny Auction sites. Many auctions running constantly, giving everyone a good chance to win. If you don't win, you can always hit the Buy it Now button and all the bids you placed are deducted from the final price. This is great if you plan to buy an item anyway... might as well give it a shot and try to save some serous money.
When I complained about advance deposit I received a second day response and a third day refund. Nice going folks.
I did not read/understand how this site worked and it was only after my credit card information was taken, that I understood. At that point, I realized that this site was also beyond my available time and capabilities and requested my credit card to be credited.
My issues was taken care of in less than 30 seconds, to my favor!
I wasn't paying attention and didn't see that the minimum payment was $60. I went ahead and put my card information in thinking that it was just asking for it, not asking for an actual payment. When I realized it was a $60 I contacted Quibids support. They responded back to me within an hour & I got a full refund within 2 days! I'm so pleased with how professional they were and how they really cared about getting me my money back!

I signed up to take a look around your site. It said free registration and a couple of free bids.
Next thing I know yall tapped me for 60.00 bucks and sold me a bid package. Wrong answer. I didn't find anything I wanted to bid on and now yall have my 60.00 bucks. Did get it refunded lets see how long it take to go back to my credit card.
Hi Gary. You are free to register, and you submit your information on registration, you are taken to the optional first-purchase page. This page states that you are entering your credit card for the starter bid pack (100 bids at $0.60 each). We definitely encourage everyone to read what they are entering their credit cards for, not only on our site, but every site you visit. It's a good practice to get into.

I wasn't aware that is cost $60 to sign up, so they refunded me the points I didn't spend. (Because I spent points before I realized that $60 was missing from my account).

This auction site is the best one I have ever joined! Winning definitely happens and if you don't win you can use your bids as credits towards the end purchase of your desired item... which you can change and choose from a massive list of items. It's fun and the best feature is the game feature where special auctions have games attached so you can win more bids to use in future auctions. Shipments are ultra fast too!
Had gotten a charge and did not understand why it was explained to me in a professional respectful way and also offered refund as well when they didn't necessarily have to tells me it is a top notch business with respect to its customer base
