It was easy to order and track order, product was exactly what I wanted

I was told by many friends not to purchase from them, cos you wait a long time for items to be delivered. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. Now I learnt from my own experience that they are indeed untrustworthy when it comes to promises made to customers.
I specifically checked with a live agent Bailey about the stock status of an item that my friends said was hard to find: Mopar 2" lift kit for JLU. Bailey asked to check the model of my Jeep, and CONFIRMED the item was IN STOCK and that I could go ahead and place my order. I even have the chat transcript to prove it if anyone doubts what I said. I was beside myself with joy!
I guess you guys know how the story ended. One week later, I received an email to say my item is still out of stock. Still out of stock? I was confused and arranged another live chat, this time with Monica. I explained what happened, and all she could say was the item is out of stock, and she doesn't know why Bailey said what he said. This forced me to cancel my order, and left a truly bitter taste in the mouth of a new Jeep owner.
I don't think I will order anything else from them anymore. It's not about whether items are in stock. It's about integrity when dealing business, and this company doesn't have any.

Now that the world is almost 'out of the pandemic' it's almost like next day service!

It took forever to get the product, which a rep explained what the problem was and I understood.
But then when I got it the paint was warn off to bare metal in several areas due to bad packaging!
I really would like a big discount... now I have to paint it!

Usually Quadratec service is excellent, but not this time. Contacted customer service twice to replace defective flashlight received and looks like that's just not going to happen. Very disappointing.

Some parts that I have purchased are back-ordered and I have yet to be notified of an ETA, for about 3-weeks now.
