Have always had good dealings with Quadratec. Have used them for many jeep accessories.

I'm not sure what is going on with this company, but they need help. I placed an order in February that gave the "ships today if placed in the next hour." After 1 week, the order was not even processed. I called at sat on hold for an hour, finally got through to someone who was helpful. I received a discount and my order shipped the next day, albeit a week too late. They stated they just updated their site and their was a glitch. Fast forward to the present. I placed an order again, paid for express shipping that should've arrived today. I'm now sitting on hold for over an hour on the phone waiting to cancel my order because my package still hasn't even been processed. There is a link to cancel orders on their website, but it does not work; keeps saying to check back in 5 minutes. I'm sure that I'll get a reply saying how customer service is their top priority, but the service they provide says otherwise. I see no reason to continue doing business with this company; there are better companies with the same products, cheaper, that actually ship products when they say they will.

Quadratec typically has items that I want for my Jeep. The biggest disadvantage to shopping with Quadratec is the shipping. If I can wait a week to receive what I need then they typically have the best deals.

Products are easy to find and are filtered based on fitment.

Shipped an incorrect item but immediately made it right.

Processing and shipping is quick. You all have many parts in stock which is big problem for a lot of other retailers

I needed to return because they did not fit correctly. The postage to send back was very expensive.

Description is misleading from fabricator, pictured item shows a completely built cable. You receive a cable with a bunch of screws and poor instructions.

No replies via email and customer service line has a crazy hold time.
