Can't call to follow up on an order it's Email only and I didn't get the answer I was looking for. Contacted your agent gave the person all the info I had and got a reply saying send my order number and tracking which I did and was ask to send order number and tracking, they they asked for my shipped address, Really... Won't you have this info with my order number... Hmmm... Makes me think I won't deal with this company anymore. Also when order was placed it supposedly ship the next day and took 2 weeks to get here.

Quadratec should look more closely at the products they sell. Even if the lights are great (have not used yet) the mounting hardware and instructions do NOT meet Quadratec standards.
