Paid for expedited shipping and it arrived fast. Some of the parts didn't fit together and paint was popped off of some mounting plates. Called Go Rhino directly and they are working on solution.

The package showed up slightly damaged. The box had been dropped and the tabs that fasten the armrest pad to the armrest on one side had been bent. The powder coating was also cracked due to the bending of the metal. So I bent the metal back and Installed the armrest pad. I simply don't have time to waist in returning it. So I would retihink the packaging of this item because it's simply not drop proof.

They work as described. They make it a little tight to sit by the door.

L order a vinyl cab cover from your internet page. And i received a different cover l try to contact quadratec no answer. L chat with some one and l was told that l use an old catalog.to please the order this is not right, im veru unhappy

The parts were easy to locate and get information on them. The installation instructions were easily reviewed to assure proper fitment and suitable application.

No problems at all with Quadratec. FedEx was terrible. They said delivery would be Friday, then Saturday, then Sunday, then Monday and then it was delivered Tuesday. The box was absolutely destroyed.

I really appreciated quadratecs quick turnaround on all my stuff, but they let me order tires that were not available anymore, didn't tell me that, and then continue to have the item listed online.

They are usually excellent, only issue that I've had was one item on backorder for over 5 months, and then I cancelled the order, and waiting on the refund.

Experience was excellent. Quick service and part as expected.
