Love the products offered and I continue to look for parts that I need from time to time. However, the free shipping on orders $99 and over doesn't work for me. I liked it better when it was free shipping on orders $49 and over. I can honestly say I would purchase more often if the free shipping was back to the $49 level. This change in the shipping policy has forced me to go to places like Advanced Auto parts for replacement parts. They offer free shipping on orders $35 and over. $99 simply doesn't work for my needs.

I had to call a second time to verify my banking information because it was not taken care of correctly on the first call. It took a week before it actually was shipped out because of this.
