Did not get paid

I tried to get my $9.00 off from Paypal and they claim my Paypal account is not verified, which it is. So I tried the gift card and it says I need a verified PayPal account first. Bogus I will not be doing anymore surveys until I know I can get my money off

As far as we know the requirements for a fully verified PayPal account are:
A confirmed primary email address
A confirmed bank account added to your PayPal account (not just a debit card).
If you have both of these you should be able to link your PayPal to your Qmee account.

I have been doing surveys for many months with Qmee. I went to redeem my points for gift cards a few days ago and was asked to sign up for Paypal. They didn't require you to have a Paypal account to complete surveys. This changed over night. I don't have PayPal account and I don't trust PayPal with a my bank account. I contacted customer service at Qmee and they were NOT helpful at all. I feel like this is fraud because they still owe me for all the surveys completed.

Ripped off

., Okay I trying to write a new review they took me here so here goes just took three service was almost halfway or more through and they rejected me it's a rip a waste of time you have to be careful like you me they do this a lot and it sucks sometimes you make money sometimes you're just wasting your time I have done three in a row where they rejected me after I was halfway to 3/4 through the survey they should check this $#*! more often make sure the surveys pay off or get rid of themI have just finished a long survey was supposed to be 9 minutes for 39 cents took forever and when you complete the survey then they reject you and you get nothing waste of time. Work for nothing if the reviewers at Qmee should happen to see this check your surveys this one is a rip-off has about salty salty snacks once your opinion you give them your opinion and once you're done with the survey they reject you it's a total rip people be careful out there...

This site is just a data mining site at this point. They regularly send out surveys that "glitch out" upon completion or are otherwise rejected upon completion.

Customer service is basically no help at all and they just respond with the same canned responses over and over. They just tell you to give them the specific survey code so they can look into it but these conveniently disqualified surveys do not even show up in your list, effectively giving you no way of reporting specific surveys.

Absolutely awful.
Qmee state that they only choose surveys suitable for you based on info that is on your profile, so why when the majority of surveys ask you for info that's already on your profile do they find you not suitable for the survey.
Also it's unbelievable the amount of surveys that you get more than 75% of the way through and then they go "sorry, you weren't suitable" and you get paid nothing. This is not only annoying but really suspicious after it's asked you loads of personal information like where you live, the ages of hour children, your income.
Whats finally prompted me to write this review? I got 97% through a 10 minute survey only for it to say "sorry, you weren't suitable".
Oh and don't bother using the contact us option, it opens up the email option which you complete (many times) but they never get replied to.
Update: 2 surveys now 97% complete after 10 mins and then all of a sudden I don't meet the criteria.
As you can see from 1 screenshot out of 10 surveys attempted/completed I've only been paid for 2.

You will only waste your time here, most surveys are either by Poll Fudge or Your Suckeys, because they suck, and what the heck is up with that darned Angry Birds Pig as the freaking mascot of this crap!

Qmee- What Happened?

Been on the site for a year and only complaint was age discrimination.
(I'm 75). I'm still healthy and I am a consumer, but as soon as these survey people see my age, it's goodbye Charlie. Now I can't even get what little money I have made from Qmee to PayPal. I called PayPal and they the problem was with Qmee. Qmee says it's PayPal's
Fault. It always worked before so why is there a sudden problem. Can't get a phone number for Qmee so I'm just stuck, I guess.

Qmee is by far the very best Survey site that you're gonna find, hands down. Of course you will not be invited to take every survey that's offered but that's how all survey sites are, QMee is definitely the best.
No other site provides you with a no minimum consistent payout.

"None of the information you give for a survey that gets declined by the survey provider is kept or used by them (or by us) - it's deleted by the survey provider. They can only keep/use the information given during a survey that is deemed as successfully complete by them and for which you've received the reward."

"Cannot provide proof" that is what I thought. Haaha. I barely tech savy (maybe more than you think) but I know that information is recorded. And I know its very easy to prove if it actually is not. I get the scam. The game. Just wanted to make sure here for everyone with a brain to see. In this digital age its easy to prove this if its true. Better off they just admit it rather than lying it will only end bad in time.
I don't buy this, I was at a 25 minute survey and im very familiar with when they end. The literally LAST classification question it declined with 0 cents given.

So qmee... I want to see some proof that this information is actually deleted and not taken by the survey provider. I know for a fact you won't provide this proof or say you can't. And don't give me some BS reply saying to email you guys.

Everyone watch this review. I promise you qmee WILL NOT PROVIDE PROOF OF THIS.

Funny thing, I worked part time for a very similar company and know you can prove this. I didn't even run the thing I knew.

The fact that you cannot PROVE IT, proves that you don't know. Post carefully.

Once you have both of these you should be able to link your PayPal account.
Alternatively, if you are based in the US you can link a Venmo account or cashout to giftcard.

This company will blame you, the survey providers, or anyone other than take the blame themselves for the reason that you don't get paid for completing entire surveys. It's disgusting! I've been using Qmee for over 2 years and the last 6 months it has slid all of the way to the bottom of the hill.

Too many non payers

I've completed numerous surveys some as long as 15 minutes and at the end it says "sorry you did not qualify". I've tried speaking to customer service but after an initial response they have chose to ignore me. If you have loads of spare time this sites ok but be prepared to earn about £2 an hour if your lucky.

Qmee is nothing but a scam site. They'll pay you to be fair but you'll get declined from dozens of surveys before getting that precious twenty five cents, and that stupid fat pig will blame you for it in the end.

Don't fall for the allure of it's.1 cent cash out policy. I use it for beer money and it takes me 2+ hours just to make a little over 2 dollars. Literally the most incompetent company I've ever seen and they gleefully love keeping your data.

Some days it has taken me nearly six plus hours of taking surveys just to make two dollars. You don't want to use this site.

I keep seeing this message pop up. I'm not speeding through the surveys and I'm giving straight answers in the suverys. It's just pissing me off getting kicked out of good suverys for something I'm NOT doing. PLEASE AVOID QMEE SITE. They used to be a good suvery website since Nov/2022 they went down hill.

It can seem like you're being rejected for surveys, but it just means they're not syncing up as quickly as we'd like once they've been declined or reached their quota limit.
If you have completed all your surveys, why not take a look at your cashback and gaming tabs to see what other easy earners we have for you!

My account was suspended even though I had been a long time member with good standing for years, the answers their support team provided me weren't helpful because I learned from Reddit that the site/app was under maintenance all week during the beginning of 2023 preventing users from participating in any surveys and many of the ones I tried doing that they claim I was inconsistent on were either full or experienced errors which I reported to them but apparently letting them aware of that gets me flagged for suspicious activity for some reason and now they refuse to allow me to cash out my remaining earnings...one thing is for sure is that I'll never recommend Qmee to anyone ever again to be honest they ought to be investigated by the BBB because they're scamming people now and getting away with it.

If you account has been suspended by our survey providers it is usually due to poor survey practices.
Any balance on the account was accrued during periods of use where we have identified fraudulent activity, they are not valid and are unable to be redeemed.

I can't believe that scam sites like this are allowed to exist. I had been an occasional contributer to this site for several years until last May when Qmee suddenly informed me that there had been complaints from survey providers about me giving inconsistent answers (This was a TOTAL LIE btw).

After that point, Qmee started rejecting almost all of my completed surveys (often after spending 20+ minutes working at them) and when I complained about this they basically told me that they would do nothing about it and that it was my own fault.

Now finally I tried to log in in the past week and my account is now blocked. I received no word or notice that this was happening. After contacting Qmee, I'm told that because of my 'inconsistent answers' (which they can provide no proof of) my account is closed and the money I had accumulated is now forfeited to them. This is an unbelievable scam they are running! I plan now to get in touch with the BBB and try to chase down my stolen earnings. Please avoid this vile and repulsive scam site - I don't want anyone else to go through what I have.

Scam.

I joined this site yesterday and managed to earn a whopping $0.03 after a few minutes of questions. Most of the surveys that they provide ask you questions for 5 or 10 minutes, then tell you that you don't qualify or that they don't need any more participants at the very end. I then tried one of the other ways of earning cash, but after signing up for an offer worth $32 that I was genuinely interested in, the site stops working (of course, I didn't earn any cashback).

I've contacted their support team, but I've yet to receive a non-canned response from an actual human.

They used to actually pay when you completed surveys, Now it's just a scam that they use to gain survey answers and then upon completion will constantly error out and get out of paying you after spending 30+ minutes on a survey for a few cents. This is digital slave labor at its finest. There are many more legit ways to make a few cents per hour. I would highly recommend trying places that actually pay upon completion.

Bad sight

This site wants to know too many personal items like bank accounts and such. To me this is not a secure way to do business. My bank account is my bank account and nobody else's business. I have been ripped off in my time is wasted.
