At first they helped me when I was down and out, it was nice to have a phone, than it got stolen and I couldn't afford to get a replacement so my account went dead, ever since then I tried getting service with a compatible phone, i got no response of any kind and since the coronavirus $#*! ive been sick as a dog. I ask everyone is that anyway to treat a army veteran and someone who worked 2 jobs for 30 some years paying taxes when he needs a hand. If anyone from qlink could find a way to help me please get back to me at e$#*!*******@gmail.com

I contacted customer service today about a new sim card and was told 7 to 10 BUSINESS days to get it but my old sim will be shut off. Talked to 3 people and noone could help me. So now i am without a phone during this time of covid-19 for two weeks. They wont even help me get it faster. Worst customer service during this crisis. I thought were all it this together why do i feel so alone. This is suppose to make America great again, i dont think so. Such a sad day to be an American with an Government issued phone.

Liars and thieves.

Paid 140.00 for a phone I never received. Having back to back kidney surgeries and no phone. I moved and reported the move withininutes they shut the old phone off. So I have been without a phone since 1/3 I want my money back. After I called them and told th em that I still haven't my phone yet and they told me there was nothing they could do. I get an email from them that they cancelley order. My next move is BBB and the FTC. I will get my money back. I believe all these reviews because it was all done to me and I gotta all the emails from them to prove what they did. Stay away from this these scam artist.

I ordered a replacement phone
December 13,2019 it is January 1,2020 and I have yet to receive my phone. I work extremely hard for my money I don't care if it's only $25 it's my hard earned money and this government funded company took my $25 and haven't delivered my product. Another way for the government to rip off low income Americans

A joke

I ordered a replacement phone paid the $25. It says it'll be shipped out in 7-10 business days. It's been more than 10 business days an I've called customer service 2 times already. First of all your connected to someone in India who has no common sense. Why don't we have all our call centers in America? I'm explaining to "Stephanie" (yeah right that's her name) that this happened in 10/18 I was given the same excuse at that time... they are having a delay in processing the phones because there isn't enough phones or the company hasn't sent them the phones yet. If this was the issue in 2018 why has the issue not been corrected. It's going on more than a year an I'm getting the same lame generic excuse from steph that "Stacy" gave me last year. Come on get your $#*! together. Free or not believe me Qlink is getting paid a pretty penny to send us these gov phones. I don't give af for their lies and fake answers. On top of that the phone that has been updated in my account is called a pepper or something similar to that and has a Chile on the back of it? Joke joke joke. I could go on an on. Nothing is going to happen to them because corporations are corrupt (I mean Epstein didn't commit suicide An Hilary is still running around a free woman) so what's going to happen to a government ran fake phone company. The owners will just get a raise.

While I understand this I free government plan cutting someone off with no warning is dangerous. I have serious medical issues going and without warning they canceled my phone without warning or explanation. Pickba different one.

It's time!

I didn't even want to give them1 star but I had to at least get on the board. I finally decided to apply for an obama phone. But there seemed to be a mistake. They sent me a Hillary phone. You know... one that you just want to smack with a hammer! Screwed me out of $40.00 and the rest is history... including the phone.

I purchased a phone from qlink and they said it would take 5-7 days to receive my phone, 24 hours later they shut my phone off so I called them and the guy told me that they shut my phone off cause the other one is activated. I told him I didn't receive the phone yet and he told me that's policy, be patient and that my phone will be shut off and i will be without a phone for 5 to 7 days. So if I I have 5 to 7 days without a phone and I have an emergency what do I do? This is suppose to be a lifeline service and I purchase a phone and what do they do? They deactivated my phone until I receive my other one. Total inconvenience and this lifeline service needs shut down that's wrong to have a customer without a phone for a week because he bought one off of them. And the phones they give you don't even function right. As I've been through three off them I can make that statement. This is suppose to be a lifeline service and you can't even understand anyone that works on the customer service line. They are all broken English and the phones lag when you try to call taking 2 minutes at times. I have videos of the way these phones work.

Sent me a broken phone. Scam on government, do not apply. Never sent me a good phone that actually works. Customer service said they would email me a address to send broken phone back and never got email.

I applied in June 2018 I recieved my phone 1 year later! It was stolen tried to canel service they said I couldnt cancel it. I tried many times to cancel my qlink account to no avail. They are a joke and only want the money gov pays them for allowing users to use their name. Check your states other providers!

Ripped off

I bought an unlimited data bundle for $35 on September 27. Three days later it stopped working. I called qlink who told me all data bundles have Capps. If that's true why is it called unlimited and where's the fine print.
Had to open a dispute with my credit card company.

I'm on SIDI bad heart and two times I had to use my Qlink phone to call 911 and my phone $#*! wouldn't connect to 911 and my data.in one yr. I could only use data one month now this is a gov. Program qlink let's see I called and called customer service there answer was send phone to the manufacturer. Under warranty now they say you get a new phone every yr.if yours f. KS up B. S. I tried to get there technical support to help and tried and tried tried everything then he wanted me to reset phone again Hell no not going though that again erase everthing His answer well you can buy another phone it's a yr old give me a new phone answer: you have to go though all the step of trying to fix phone or buy one. Man i hung up called my old lifeline service ASSURANCE got hooked up I should of very left ASSURANCE WIRELESS LIFELINE. QLINK YOU CAN KISS MY LEFT N__?

Q-link wireless does not have customer support. When calling or emailing even with a very specific question, you are ALWAYS refered to to their service manual online. This is the case even the question asked and the reference manual section stated, do not answer the question at all.
This is not a one time instance. It is consistent to to that no one responds from q-link wireless, even when the question has not been answered by the reference manual and asked again. Just a fact and it's true
I can see the BBB and/or FCC investigating them in the future.
If this is a government lifeline program, it's I'm sure not what their contract States and the service is truly piss poor on all levels.

They cancelled my phone saying I didn't use my phone for 30 days... LIES... mind you, they cancelled it after sending me a text saying I was out of minutes and need to purchase more... if I'm out of minutes then obviously I was using my damn phone... I've had this number for 5 years and it's linked to EVERY account that requires a verification code... WTF? And nowwwwwww there's no option to even speak to anyone...

My wife got her phone yesterday and it doesn't work at all. I was on the phone with a technician for over an hour and a half he was a very nice guy but she still doesn't have any service. It took me at least 30 minutes just to get a technician then after about an hour of troubleshooting the phone still didn't work. The bad thing is I've got to call again.

Customer service and they supervisor need more training and knowledge. They also need to understand what Customer service means. They also will find any reason to not help you. Just because it's a free service doesn't mean people should be treated any different. And then said the line was disconnected and non eligible for the service which was a lie! Safe link is the wayto go get away from Qlink they SUCK!

There service sucks, im deaf and need live help when needed, no phone support what so ever, the phones was this cheap zte that would be slowed down from all the apps like qlixar they put on the phone without your permission. Space these app took slowed the phone to freeze up or become a brick. Only thing that was good in their service was the 1k text data n unlimited plan you got for free. But i left qlink for safe-link and got the same plan better phone and the live help i needed for a deaf man.
