Leads are junk and they add another 3 months if you sign up for the free website. Dont trust a thing the sales rep say its all a lie.

We signed a 3 months agreement. When they charged me for 2 extra months I asked them what is going on. Their reply was that we have 6 months VIP contract. No refund, nothing.

Was a great sales rep. Very helpful n professional. Highly recommend her for service. Looking forward to the new leads.

THIS COMPANY IS 100% A SCAM, RIPOFFS, someone needs to remove thier license. They claim that they offer you verfied, good leads. I have been with them for 2.5 weeks none of the leads I received were verfied, quaity leads. The ones who answered the phone stated they didn't know who this company was nor have they completed anything regarding selling or purchasing a home. I have been told to not contact them again. When I contacted this company today, I was told there were no refunds, now if you are a verifed lead source company who offers verifed leads than why not back it with a money back guarantee. They are so pleasant when you get started just to pull you in, but when you complain they are rude. AGENTS STAY AWAY FROM THE RIPOFF SCAM THIS COMPANY IS PULLING.

Was told there was no contract/agreement length, monthly that could be cancelled with notice. Did not receive enough leads to even use credits I was paying for. Gave notice to cancel due to non performance of campaign. I was told sorry you were given credits and you also have a 6 mth contract. I had an email from the sales director stating no contract. The agreement stated it renewed the following month. However, the "website agreement" which I was told came as part of the package I had had verbiage of extending it 3 months from agreement date. However, I was never given a website cost and was told it was simply a release to allow them to use my information on the site. I assumed it was part of how they got leads. They lied to me from the start and continued to charge my account after I cancelled. They are utilizing deceptive trade and had the opportunity to make it right by refunding me. They chose not to; instead said you were given the credits. I didn't pay for credits, I paid for leads.

This is the absolute worst of all the lead generation companies. The leads are truly horrible. Some of them are even fellow realtors. The worst part is that they refused to cancel my marketing with them. I signed up for a 3 month "trial" of their service and paid for that in full. I canceled after 2 months because the value was obviously not there. Then with horrible customer service reps, they charge me several hundred more as part of their cancellation. I feel like I need to post this on ever qazzoo site I can find. Their business practices are what you want to avoid and the leads they generate are well below average.

Signed up and after 3 months have not closed one single lead. Every single person when you could get someone on the phone stated they never signed up for it. 85% of the leads are BS not real people false names (ex. Jack Sparrow, Jimmy Hendrix, John Cash, Bob Marley to name a few). The customer service is non-existent. This company is 100% scam. Will not issue a refund even though the are selling snake oil. I don't get how this company is even in business they clearly are not a legit company.

DO NOT BUY THESE LEADS! They claim that the clients are expecting your call. That is not the case at all! I had this product for a month and not a single lead responded to my numerous texts, emails, and phone calls. Actually, majority of them blocked me. My calls always go straight to voicemail. They also do not offer refunds for dissatisfied customers. Now it makes sense why the agent who sold to me gave me so many "discounts." The product is just so pitiful!

They will put you in 90 day commitment, but the leads they get it's from auction.com and will not work. Save your money!

The worst lead service I've ever tried to utilize. Nobody wants to talk to you. Save your money. Don't give in to their very high pressure sales agents!

I have been on with this company for several months now and have had nothing but benefit. Any time I've had a question, the Customer Service girls have been so helpful! The Leads are more than worth it and I would recommend Qazzoo to anyone who is looking for a great lead service!

This is a fake lead site and just takes your money. It supplies no viable leads and it promotes ITSELF DESCRIBING VIABLE LEADS TO PURCHASE OR SELL HOMES FROM POTENTIAL SELLERS OR BUYERS. THEY HAVE ALGORITHMS TO CATCH ANYONE SURFING THE WEB AND NOT REALLY BEING A POSITIVE LEAD THAT CAN AFFORD TO PURCHASE REAL ESTATE. ITS A SCAM AND A WAY TO GET YOUR MONEY.
