We have been using Qazzoo for about 6 months so far. We LOVE Qazzoo, it's definitely the most under rated lead source. We just pulled a multi-million dollar lead just from claiming these leads and this person is actively working with our agent. As always, there are some duds but most of these are legit!
I purchased Qazzoo lead services to generate leads. I love that there is no long-term commitment and that I actually got leads to review and then, approve. In fact, if the lead is a dud, I can even return it. This lead service really works. The leads are warm and it is up to you to do the rest. I highly recommend this service over some of the other competitors that lock you in a year agreement. I worked with Tom Pappas over there and he is great.

I'm a real estate agent with over 30 years of experience. I waited a month to try Qazzoo before I wrote a review so that I could relate an informed opinion. My judgement is that Qazzoo is a great resource for an agent or a lender looking to find more business. The leads are for real, and seem to have a higher engagement rate than Zillow. I speak to 1 out of 3 leads. Having claimed 32 leads I have 2 good prospects, one of which has just become a client. A very good ratio.
My rep, Tom Pappas has been excellent. Everything he said would happen has come thru. He's knowledgeable, easy to communicate with and very friendly. He's a great resource. I've had several leads with incorrect phone numbers and they've been replaced within 24 hours, just like Tom said they would. If you're considering Qazzoo, I'd ask for Tom.
Overall, I'm a happy client and I anticipate staying with Qazzoo for a long time.
I was skeptical at first because there are so many lead-generation programs out there that are overhyped and don't produce the desired results. I just recently signed up for this program and so far am pleasantly pleased. The potential client has to complete a short questionnaire. This information gives us the ability to pick and choose leads that best fit the buyers and sellers we want to work with. Most of the phone numbers I've called have been good numbers. I'm at the very beginning of the process but fully anticipate being able to close 25+ transactions from the leads I purchased. All of the people I have spoken with at Qazzoo have been professional, prompt to return calls, and very helpful! I think I'll be using this program for years to come!
