These guys just want your personal information so that they can sell it to other scammers. They are also very obnoxious on rounding marks up on FFXIV with constantly just spamming other players with their advertisements!

PVPBANK are scammers and should be avoided. It is most likely you will never recieve anything and they don't really understand english either.
