Internet Fraud! Absolutley the WORST "customer service". The website claims that you can return the product "no question asked" within 30 days, which is a lie. Stay away from this website.
Cheap Bag/Cheap Product
I ordered the black multicolor petit noi bag. After carrying it for 10 days, the strap broke. After many e-mails with Samantha, the customer service rep, she did agree to send me a new bag, but I had to pay shipping. After carrying the 2nd bag for 10 days, the strap was breaking again. I e-mailed Samantha, and she said it is my fault for carrying too heavy of things (I've carried the same amount in numerous purses without an issue) or from tightening the strap, which I have it on the loosest setting. This is unacceptable to pay $279 for a purse I have only been able to carry for a total of 20 days. BUYER BEWARE!

First off, we've never had an employee here named Samantha.
Second, we never sold this product that Nichole released.@Nichole, I don't know who you are. If you actually bought this product somewhere, please find the right page to post your review. If you are a competitor, please provide better products and services to your customers instead of slandering us.
Ordered a bad from this company they kept me informed through the whole process with emails and photos of my bag then received a tracking number and delivery was way faster then the estimated time, the bag was perfect I will order from them again

I've heard that some regions, such as Vietnam, prohibit citizens from sending money to China. But it's not something we can control.
Generally, if your bank does not allow users to send money to China, they will remind the user kindly, rather than terminate the user's account directly.
Also, I checked our email records and found no customer reporting this issue to us. Are you sure that your account was frozen because you tried to pay us?

To everyone whom may have doubts about this website. I have been searching for great bags for quite some time. It's the second time I am ordering from Purseworthy. I was quite happy with the Neverfull GM Damier Azur I first ordered except for the lining color (the pink was different from the rose ballerine) and with the Toiletry 26 although the craftsmanship could be improved, but I am very unhappy with the Neverfull MM I received earlier this week a month and a half after placing my order because the first bag the sent pictures of was not good looking at all. The glazing of the one I received is awful and as leaked on some parts, the Louis Vuitton Paris on the canvas is not well printed and the zipper is not straight. All these could not be seen on pre-shipment pictures. Although Purseworthy states that you can exchange or return whatever you buy within 30 days "no question asked", they refused to do so, arguing that it was not a quality defect and only offered $60 as a compensation. Ella answered that "the quality is just like that". I will never ever order from them again and really do not recommend them and will not wear the bag as it is screaming fake
I'm not going to lie, I was very scared to purchase and risk being scammed. However, my purse arrived and was AMAZING, and I will 100% order many more. The only downside is that a the first few purses I wanted to order that were on the website hadn't been made in a long time, so the website isn't up to date with products available.
These bags are high end quality. The service was exceptional from order to delivery. I have purchased before and will again and again. A+++++

I ordered the Black LV Empreinte Artsy MM. I waited patiently for my bag to arrive, as it looked like there was some operational delay from FedEx in CN. I emailed James and he assured me this was normal and that the shipping status would update soon. He was right! And it came much sooner than I thought and a day earlier than originally scheduled! Right out the box you could smell the new leather and the gold hardware is a nice weight and fabulous. The bag came with an LV dust bag and store shopping bag. I went to the LV store website to compare pics with my replica and I could not find a single discrepancy. The bag is a little stiff since it's brand new, however, I will soften with some Leather Honey conditioner off Amazon.
My best advice is to be patient during the order processing and shipping. The order processing and pre-shipment photos took longer than the actual shipment itself. It can be nerve racking after sending your money and not knowing what's going on for a couple of days. But once I got my PSPs and gave approval on July 26th, I got my bag on August 2nd!
I can't wait to carry it with my black mink coat! Will be ordering more!
