Do not engage with or support this fraudulent business. My order #******* package was stolen from the doorstep, as verified by an official police report. PurePath refused a replacement or refund, claiming you must buy their optional 'Shipping Protection' upsell to receive basic delivery fulfillment. Management was unresponsive and terrible to communicate with, and went back and forth for weeks with no progress, alongside their copy-paste repeated scripts from their useless support team. Do not engage with this "company".
