When I emailed you about dosing, you did not answer correctly.
DIM is highly effective, I tried a liberal 200 mg over several days and it leveled everything, and I mean everything - estrogenics and test alike, with headaches. Therefore strategic use is key. It would be better to start at say 50 mg and evaluate from there, going up as needed. DIM is highly lipid-soluble, I mixed it in a half shot of sunflower oil and it easily dissolved, and its probably even better paired with a meal.
