The customer service is above standard. They answered all my questions and seemed genuinely interested in providing the best answer possible. The fact that the supplements are 3rd party tested provides me with peace of mind knowing what I'm ingesting isn't possibly toxic or poisonous. Great job, keep up the good work!

This was my first purchase. Overall - I am extremely pleased with the website, the service and the products. I was particularly impressed with the customer service that I rec'd when I called with a question. However, no company will ever get so good that there is no room for improvement. I would like to see "pharmaceutical grade" listed on as many products as possible, with an explanation on the website of why - if a particular product is not listed as "pharmaceutical grade". I would also like to know how and where each product is sourced. I would like to see packaging that can be more easily or securely re-sealed (if it did not increase prices - although it is easy to re-package into empty bottles or tubs after it arrives). And of course, a larger selection with lower prices would likely be appreciated by any customer (without limits). However, based on my single purchase to date - I give 5 stars. Kudos and TY.

Always good service, but your ziploc bags need a bit of work. The zips often come loose after being opened a couple of times, (so they can't be reclosed) and I have had a few leakers, so I have to tell my "mules" to double bag.
Oh, and at least for me, the little scoops are more of an annoyance than a convenience, but I realize others may not agree. Thanks,
