I've been quite pleased with my shopping experience online with Pure Bulk. One time the 25g size of biotin I order wasn't available and no explanation was given online, so I called Pure Bulk and spoke with a very helpful, courteous employee. Turns out their newest shipment of biotin hadn't been tested for purity yet, so I just had to wait a few days to put in my order.
I wish they had been able to send me an email when that product size became available for me to order, because I had to check back on the website to see if it was yet available, and I would have appreciated not having that extra step. But the estimated availability date given to me by customer service was pretty accurate, so the extra step wasn't a big problem. The product itself seems to be just great and always arrives quickly after I've put in my order.
