Have sent a feedback message on your website on 28 Mar and received an email informing that you can call me to complete my order based on Easter site-wide sale prices. I had provided my mobile on 29 Mar but waited 24 hrs and there was no call. I can't wait any more and decided to check out using the 5% discount code, which was sent via separate email to me.

I received my spoons and 25g package of biotin in a few days. Thanks.

Pretty satisfied overall. My order took two weeks to arrive which for me is just on that cusp of taking too long. One of the bags had a small hole in it so there was quite a mess of powder all over everything and of course exposes the product to air and potential contamination. I would probably try ordering again and see how it goes next time.

Just wish I could order this and not have to pay for exchange and so much shipping. Other than that, all is good.

Excellent service n great product

One of the items sent with my order was the incorrect item (we're all human!). I spoke with customer service and the correct item was shipped out. The customer service experience was exceptional and I certainly appreciated the kind, curtious, effective resolution! Overall a fantastic experience!
