Probably through no fault of Purebulk, I was forced to pay $ 13.50 upon delivery, presumably for some sort of border crossing charges. This kind of nonsense ticks me off! Luckily we are talking Canadian dollars.

All seems ok! I will order again.

The service and products are always great

Deliverytime was much, much longer than previously, I received a card board BOX instead of a letter which included my order. Also delivery costs was more than previously - the delivery method I wanted was by post (like before) but it was delivered by DPD(?) and that made a big difference in costs and delivery time. It had to pick up the box from mail office, it was not brought home like it had been if it were a letter.
