It would be GREATLY APPRECIATED if you would formulate your products to be more user friendly with the American measuring system. Saying that we should take 100mg of anything means nothing to the average American who is used to teaspoon and tablespoon and cup measurements.

This is my only complaint with you. It's an arduous task trying to ascertain not only what 100mg might mean as far as dosage, but then having to scout around to find the correct teaspoon/tablespoon measurements themselves is equally daunting. Very frustrating! Maybe you can find a way to be more American 'users' friendly.

Postage is too dear. 13 dollars to send 100 grams? Need to find a cheaper option. Also would like to have spoken to someone via a chat window to ask a few questions. This is a good option that your competitors offer that saves me having to make an expensive international call. Even a skype call option built into the website would be better. Free too.
I did want to know if I could have purchased more stuff and still remain in the same postage category/price, because I probably would have bought more, There is too much of a barrier to communication with your staff, not as accessible as other places. I just spent 400 dollars at one of your competitors instead, only purchased this from you because they didn't stock longjack.
Maybe your worth more than 2 stars but until we complete the deal and i sample the goods I won't be giving you any more stars. 3 if deal goes ok but not too bad really. Im open to using you again.

Received product: happy with packaging and have upped my opinion on your staff communication because there was a prompt reply when i asked a question. Cant give more stars because 1 purchase is too small a sample size to start raving about how good you are but I am at least as happy as the stars indicat, probably more. My only question is one of trust/product quality, I wont know that for a month or so until i feel/dont feel the effects. I still would like to you to stock more stuff though, nootropics/adaptogens eg anaracetam/phelylpiracetam/oxiracetam and polygala tenuifolia/ ginseng/ bacopa monnieri, and unfortuneately you arnt the one stop shop for all that. Maybe your just want to stick to herbs and the like but I have come to you from powder city who no longer send stuff here, they had great service great product range and reasonable quality. I wouldnt have left them if they still mailed to nz.
So overall, more products, cheaper postage and a bit of a track record dealing with me so I know its not just a once off good effort and you could easily be a 5.
