Purebulk keeps good products and I feel better for taking them. The only downside is you have to pay for high shipping to overseas. Overall I am very happy with the service of the company and will order again.

Delivery quicker than expected, as couldn't afford the Express postage; nevertheless took less than 15 days.

The reason for giving a low satisfaction rating for delivery time is Australia post's fault. It took less time to get from Pure Bulk to Melbourne, Australia than from Melbourne to here, 90 miles.

Had issues ordering on line. Made 3 calls to your office during office hours. Got no return call. Poor customer service. The web site should indicate that they are not open on weekends.
Customer service got back with me by phone several days later and were very polite.

I am impressed with the COA [Certificate Of Analysis] available upon request on PureBulk products.
Very valuable for verification of purity and quality!
