Ordered a case and they sent the wrong one, which they will give you a 20% refund or expect you to send back to USA, even though they act like a uk company - they are not.
So their error has now cost me.
I refuse to send the case back at a cost to me and reading other reviews of people sending goods back, they literally stop communicating to them.
Awful company
This company is a scam. DO NOT ORDER from Punkcases.co.uk. I ordered a case to be delivered to the UK. It took 2 weeks for a delivery and then they delivered the wrong product. Punkcase then refused to organise and pay for a return or exchange. They even suggested to simply put it back in a post box and write Return To Sender on it. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS.
You think its UK, it's not, its American.
You wait weeks then are hit with an excessive shipping cost from customs
Misleading and a rip off
WARNING: even though this is a. co.uk website these cases are coming from America! You will be liable for all taxes, duties and admin fees - whilst you order you get little boxes popping up on the screen saying "such and such in the UK has ordered this phone case" why would you not think this was a UK based company...
Have tried to cancel order but is saying dispatched so will have to see what happens
