I ordered Red case for S21+. Wanted 6 weeks and got a white one.
They want me to send it back at my

Received wrong case a month after order. Got it reshipped & wrong case again. Won't return my calls, answer phones or return emails. I should have checked BBB rating first before ordering. You guessed it. They got an F from BBB. Don't deal with this company. You might not get right product or color or case or all contents and you won't get your money back either. This company should be investigated. They are scamming people. They do okay business because they made their website look really good but that's just a cover up for their poorly ran company.
Ordered punk case in December 2020. Almost 3 months later no case and they have stopped responding. Stay away. You will get ripped off.
Dodgy Company - Buyer beware
Please be advised it is not worth wasting your money on their products.
What's the point of spending money on something you like and then not receiving what you ordered and in fact receiving a totally different product of their choice, which is of very cheap quality and missing parts.
I have sent numerous emails and haven't received any response from this fraudulent company.
In the end, I requested from my bank to chargeback to them and got my money back.
If I could put a negative in rating i would the customer service is horrible I bought a i phone 12 Promax water proof ip68 case and it literally broke from the front plastic screen protector so I let them know and they took like 2 weeks to answer and then sended me a replacement and it was the wrong one so I let them know again that they sended me the wrong case and they made me send the 2 cases back and this time I even wrote instructions on what case they had to send me back and then they sended me the wrong case again for the 2 time it been 4 months and I still don't have the correct case this is the worst customer service I've ever experienced. DO JOT BUY FROM THIS PEOPLE.

No clue why all the negative ratings, my moms had a punk case on her Samsung for years and it still looks brand new. Never had a problem with it. Recently got one for my iPhone 12 and love it
I won't be taking this case off my iPhone 12 pro max, probably ever. They are married for the lost part. This case wraps this phone with procesion. It did take 2 months to get. But worth it. I paid 20 bucks for it and resolved all my concerns. Grab it.
Feels like it would work but dropped my phone off a chair it was sitting on and my screen cracked this was on the 2nd day of having the case
I order from a site that clearly miss represented themselves as an Australian company, product took 5/6 weeks to arrive, when it did it was blue when I'd ordered purple, of which I have proof. Once fitted the phone does not function, after repeated ignored attempts to contact company I lodged with PayPal, they proved useless because I'm expected to pay to return a product I didn't actually order and is not fit for intended use which is against Australia consumer laws. Funny the very few positive reviews in the heap of negative reviews don't supply a name or proof of purchase. Shipping gave 5 stars even though it too 6 weeks
STAY AWAY. This company needs to be taken down of the internet. They stole my money and never sent me a product and ignored all my emails.
I'm not getting any updates or a replacement. Took a chance even though policy says you have to pay for a defective item to be sent back. Please notify your credit card or issuing bank of a "defective case" or not as described if you received wrong item. This will set up a dispute process and notify punk case to request a refund or the bank will pull it from them.
Buyers beware, have been waiting for the case to arrive for over 3 months. Company refusing a refund.
They sent me the wrong case so I sent it back and that was over a month ago. Another thing if you write a bad review on their website it magically disappears.
Speaker inhibited, unable or difficult to pull down menu. Works well protecting on drops. Haven't tested in water.
Ordered a case, took 6 weeks to arrive to NZ. It arrived snapped in half and covered in weird black plastic shavings. Emailed customer service who said they would send out a replacement which I said no to due to the extreme length of time it took to get to me, requested a refund. No response to any of my emails since requesting a refund. AVOID!

Totally dishonest
There are 4 colors to the product I bought which are white, red, blue, and grey. I ordered a blue phone holder which is clearly stated on both my invoice and order confirmation but received a gray one... 3 weeks later. The package was a cheap Chinese quality light box with dull writing and is not even sealed. I paid for customs as well. I am truly infuriated with this scam! It's like they deliver whatever they had in stock regardless of our order with zero care about the outcome. Judging from all the other reviews I'm reading I seriously doubt I'll get any form of compensation or refund.
When I purchased a punkbox case for my phone the customer service was great. The case worked good for about four months, but one day I noticed the back was cracked send therefore no longer waterproof. The had never been dropped. I was disappointed with the product failure after such a short time. I contacted Punkbox, and again the customer service was good. I was instructed to mail it back with my original order number. I was told yes we warranty our cases and will send out a replacement. It has been over two months going on three and no response from Punkbox. I sent a follow up email a couple weeks ago, which has also not been responded to. What happened to the great customer service? Very disappointed.
Answer: Scam! They break international consumer regulations with their shipping and returns policies. They do not provide information required at point of sale, and refuse refunds.
Answer: In Australia I have used Aus Power Banks and been very happy.
Answer: Save yourself the hassle, they won't refund or cancel your order, they are an unethical company that take pride in ripping people off. Buy elsewhere.
Answer: I thought they had a product no one else had - I did not get the product I ordered and feel they are a rip off.
