It is very unclear that this is a subscription based membership. I was not happy to see my account be charged for $39. And when I called customer service, the rep was ready with a script about how I agreed to a membership; it sounds like this is a complaint that you must get a lot if your reps have a script ready to go. I wanted to know who built this house and EVERY OWNER. It literally just gave me the last 20years. That's nothing with a 100 year old property. Maybe you should advertise you only go back so many years.
