If you have any questions regarding our policies or your membership, please email us at [email protected] or call us at 1-800-617-3169 and any of our helpful team members would be happy to assist you. If for some reason one of our team members is not available, simply leave us a detailed message and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Dear (customer name),
At SpyFly we receive our data from thousands of unique sources, each state retrieves information differently from their counties and various departments. For some records, we know exactly what crimes were committed with an accurate disposition and all related information. For others, we don't know what exact crime was committed and don't have an exact report. In addition, we have found that states have different definitions of what can be digitally archived so it is always best to call your local county court, public defender’s office, or police department if you have a question about the specific classification of a criminal history. We choose to show our members all of the data that we are given even if some of it is incomplete so that our members have more information rather than less.
One of the key features of our membership is your ability to run unlimited background searches and create reports on as many people as you like. We recommend everyone does a check on themselves and their loved ones so that you know what information is publicly available, you could be surprised and some of the information might not be correct. In addition, you can have us monitor up to four people at a time so if any of their information changes in our database, you will get an email alert updating you of that change.
If you have any additional questions please reply to this email or contact us at 800-831-9235 from 5 a.m. to 9 p.m. PST 7 days a week and any of our helpful team members will be happy to assist you further. If for some reason one of our team members is not available, simply leave us a detailed message and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
We look forward to helping you protect your family with our service and our benefits.

It gives me insight on people I believe to be monsters.
This is a very good site. The app is easy to use and there's plenty of information. All around good app.
Does not find all records like I find on other services.
Love it. Works well. Had a good experience and will recommend
Found correct person i looked for fast and easy, but not as up to date as I would like
Info is not updated it was 3 yrs before you updated an address on some one I was searching for. It didn't show most recent arrest or bankruptcies
This is a real.attempt.to stop signing my certificate of marriage.stopped.alot.of my family from harm I place Albert carl where my siblings went to stop past pain from the betty langley
I wouldn't say it's the most accurate site that I've been on for background information several people I know who have criminal activity and charges do not have anything logged. Also doesn't give you any information about the cases that you are trying to research with people if they do you have any information regarding a court issue. Definitely lacking information on social profiles have yet to find anyone that has a social profile listed here but all of the people I'm looking for have Facebook Twitter Instagram. I found in accuracies in address information, relatives and neighbors associated with the Specific person of interest that is being searched.
So far it's giving me everything I needed to know about my family members
