It was very difficult to find the Business & Law exam. When you choose Practice test and prep it is nowhere to be found. As a matter of fact, I can't find my way back to it. I don't know if you even offer a practice exam for the B&L exam. Also, you need to consider that 8% of males have some issues with color blindness. That means for me, I had a difficult time seeing some things on the website. Different colors or contrast will help.
I have registered for NY & PA Appraiser exams (late this morning) and shortly thereafter, continue getting error messages that my account is not good or Individual Credentials are not valid, when trying to IMMEDIATELY sign back in. When I can finally get in, nothing but error messages or "something went wrong". It would be OUTSTANDING if in the details of study material for the MVDA exams you confirm whether they are for any state of specific to one. The "free" NY Practice exam has yet to populate. CS & Tech dept. were of no help.

My experience has been just okay. I figure using the testing guide should guarantee me a passing grade.
The practice test was easy to get but talking to the people was a bit frustrating
Website is easy to navigate and very quick to get where you need to be.
I purchased the 3 pack when I scheduled my test, it wasn't anywhere on my account, yet I have the email showing confirmation. It's very difficult to get in touch with anyone. So, now, I've purchased it twice, yet only have 3 practice tests. I would like a refund for one of the 3 packs, as I don't have access to all 6 tests.

Very user unfriendly site. Most people cannot figure out how to schedule the exam. Also, why aren't there specific module by module courses for the instructor to teach? Our instructor reached out to PSI and never received practice exams for the students. Once I took the text, new style questions I've never seen before with 6 answers created a time gap issue in my exam. Why isn't the preparation better? I also purchased a $100 package of exam tests that I never had access to. Do better PSI. This was a waste.

Very quick ways to find what I was looking for. They have a lot of different choices. I will have to come back for more courses
It was difficult finding the practice test I needed and the site only further exaserbated the problem. There was a tab to click on to prepare for my test. However, it gave me multiple practice tests that were completely unrelated to my test. That was frustrating.

Answer: Complete and total scam! Run for your life do not use this company under any circumstances you will not get your certificate or license or whatever you're coming here for! They've taken my money twice and I still have nothing to show for it they've lost my test, a digital test that was watched by video for 2 hours by someone. Please tell me how that happens, now I'm at risk of losing my job because I can't get my license. This place literally is about to ruin my life. Go anywhere but here.
