I purchased the 3-pack practice test while booking my exam, but when I went to the store it didn't even acknowledge my account. I had to create a new account and pay the $50 all over again. If you let us make a purchase in one setting you have to make it talk to the other website so it gives us credit for the purchase. You owe me $50!

Your descriptions are poor. Your pictures are worse. You don't reassure me if I can take the reference into the test with me. I hate paying for shipping. I don't know if I can return it. I have no guarantees if I am actually buying the right materials. It all feels monetized instead of actually preparing me for my future. You assume that I know, but I don't and even if I did, I really would love clear, concise, precise, explanations of everything. We are type A individuals who are striving for the best and the greatest and we don't like to redo something that could have been avoided. We don't like to second guess, and you are playing games with our future and well-being. If we didn't care, then we wouldn't be doing what we are doing so please take the time to make EVERYTHING explained much more clearly.

The web site pretty easy to navigate through. That's always a problem when trying to get information through someone's web site.
I thought I will have different test not only one time and more questions. It is limited to 1 time and only one set of questions.

GOOD Experience, Easy I hope the test I bought will be helpful
PSI has been the most difficult business to deal with that I can recall. Worse than Comcast and Verizon combined. Of course there was an issue with my course approval vs my account number so I had to call them. First off, the phone numbers to contact them are buried in the website. Not sure you could even find them from the homepage, had to Google to find them. Of course their customer service is outsourced so I had a very difficult time communicating with them. Had to call more than once to get the issue resolved. Now your website, why do you need 3 different websites with logins to schedule a class? One to take the test, one to take a practice exam, and one for customer service. Absurd. It also refers to a candidate handbook, but of course, it's non-existent. Again, I don't know how you're even in business. My guess is because people are REQUIRED to use your company.

My last purchase, Oregon State Real Estate Exam Guide was not interactive and very slow to use.

I asked a male staff in the test room (white male) with glasses that I was not sure how to end the test. He answered me by saying "you people coming to do this test have no clue what you are doing". This is very disrespectful and I was shocked about his words. This is not how you treat customers in any shape or form.

Great, quick and simple. I fortunately did not have to spend much time navigating through different sections to get the test material I needed to take my test.
I was looking for the national exam but the description doesn't show the WA state. Am I missing something here? I just could find the national one that related to the WA.

The service has been good so far. I'm trusting the practice will have me prepared to pass my MI insurance license exam on the first try.
Proctor was walking around and standing behind me while testing. This is distracting and cause more stress. They got to a point where they were wiping the keyboards. This was pointless and uncalled for. I will no longer go back to this site. They have a camera I don't know why they feel the need to be cleaning and walking around the room to distract candidates.

Answer: Complete and total scam! Run for your life do not use this company under any circumstances you will not get your certificate or license or whatever you're coming here for! They've taken my money twice and I still have nothing to show for it they've lost my test, a digital test that was watched by video for 2 hours by someone. Please tell me how that happens, now I'm at risk of losing my job because I can't get my license. This place literally is about to ruin my life. Go anywhere but here.
