My order got cancelled, as I was not charged. During the order process. The next day someone Fromm PSIcalled and addressed the issue. I cancelled the order. All together. When was ready to take the exams, the reordering process was difficult. Had to call customer service who. Informed. Me that. Someone will. Call me back. Waited, no has called. Returned to website, and. Call customer service again.
The questions on the test exams do not show your knowledge of real estate brokerage, because they are worded in such a way, that there is no one correct answer. The questions are too short and do not include enough data to make an informed decision.

Great! Very easy to use, and may actually reflect what is on the actual exam since you guys are the ones administering the test at your locations.

Difficult to navigate, and launch webinar. I have missed my test twice due to the launch saying I was able to log in and then the test not populating. Ridiculous

I could not find the product that I was looking for. I had another agent searching as well and finally between the two of us we were able to find this. I asked to have my password sent to my email and that never arrived, I had to set up a new account.

Easy to used and access, but a little confusing because it takes you to PSI's website and makes you think you're not ordering from the NBRC.

The web site was easy to use. Experience was good. It would be nice to be able to talk the test more than once
I accidentally entered my password incorrectly twice because there isn't an option to view your password and it makes me reset my password. You send me a link to my email with instructions to press the link, which I do. I then come to a screen that says the link was invalid and to request a password reset again, so I do so. You send me the same email and I press the same link and the same page loads with the same message. I run around this circle 5 times and then try something different. On the same page that i get the message stating that the link was invalid it also asks me to enter a new password and then confirm (again you cannot opt to see what you have typed). After doing that it asks me for my email. After filling out all the information, it as me to reset my password so I press the button and poof you send me the same email with the same darn link that when pressed I come to the same page with the same warning that the link is invalid.

Easy to use online system. Trying to find out if I can use a PSI Testing center in the state of Maryland or do I have to be in SC to do testing.
The study guide has been great! I enjoyed being able to study possible questions vs something I wouldn't see.
At first I had difficulties just trying to access the site to practice the test. Waited a day to re-try and it function correction. The questions from this site were way too Psychology oriented for me and I did not do well with these questions. The book questions were more straight to the point.

Answer: Complete and total scam! Run for your life do not use this company under any circumstances you will not get your certificate or license or whatever you're coming here for! They've taken my money twice and I still have nothing to show for it they've lost my test, a digital test that was watched by video for 2 hours by someone. Please tell me how that happens, now I'm at risk of losing my job because I can't get my license. This place literally is about to ruin my life. Go anywhere but here.
