I purchased the NRBC TMC exam and while taking the test. It froze several times. When I instructed the proctor, she said "O that happens with PSI exams.". I feel like that is one of the reasons why I didn't get a chance to complete the exam.

Tried to call and ask specific questions about the exam. Call center was not helpful. They clearly didn't know how to answer my question (what book can I bring, and are there any specific rules about highlighting in the book, specific tabs, and any other requirements. I also wanted to know if the book I just ordered is the only book that's needed and/or allowed for the open-book test).

There was no direction for how to redeem my purchased voucher. I do not know which practice test it is for or if they are different. Hopefully I am getting what I paid for but I won't know until I try I guess.

Great, helpful to pass the test and passed on the first pass, had opportunities for training and practice questions, the site was easy to navigate

It's difficult to navigate with so many areas of study, Like the Brokers practice test for Real Estate doesn't show MO as a state that it covers. I had to go to AI to find out MO does in fact use the generic National oortion

They've taken my money twice and I still have nothing to show for it they've lost my test, a digital test that was watched by video for 2 hours by someone. Please tell me how that happens, now I'm at risk of losing my job because I can't get my license. This place literally is about to ruin my life. Go anywhere but here.
