Ordered ten sets of autographed 8 x 10s and every single set was the same. It took very long for the order to arrive and the shipping costs were way too high. There is no refund available.
I had to purchase a blu ray from the wrestling store in the UK because PWT didn't have that one in stock. I still ordered 4 others, all at the same time. The one from the UK arrived withing one week and the others haven't shipped as I write this. They're not making physical media on demand. Horrible service.
If the price of items, cost of shipping and that useless handling charge don't turn you off then their slow and lackadaisical mailing process will. To top it all off when you order from them and ask questions they get mad and make passive aggressive memes on their Twitter account. Don't buy from here unless you want to pay out the nose for an item and don't preorder an item unless you truly don't care if you ever receive it.
Pro wrestling Crate is garbage. I repeat do not purchase one. Expect to get pure garbage everytime..
I Placed an order with prowrestlingtees.com on May 3rd it is now May 19th and I never even received my shirt. Come to find out today they said it's lost. WELL I never got refunded or anything no money has went back into my account from these crooks. Also the Customer Service is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. If your looking to buy from these people MY advice for you is I would DEFINITELY STAY AWAY from this Company unless you want a nightmare to deal with!. If I could leave NEGATIVE -0 Stars I would that is how "BAD" this Company is!. I now have lost so much of my time dealing with this now since May 3rd and NOTHING ever got resolved!. The Same lady always is the one that answers their phone lines and she just spews lie after lie to buy them selves more time and contradicts herself constantly!. I have now filed a complaint on them to Better Business Bureau to contact them as well and I surely hope something is done about the HORRIBLE things this Company is doing to paying Customers that I have read and what they have did to me as well. They NEED INVESTIGATED AND AUDITED.
Make sure you read and understand their refund return policy as this is not a customer friendly company. If you place an order for the wrong item well before they "order material", they don't care won't help. If you place an order for the wrong size, they don't care won't help - sizing chart on the website.
Very quick to take your money but could care less about you as a customer. To PWT - it is still possible to be very profitable while working with customers who made a mistake.
Pro Wrestling Tees should strongly consider replacing their Customer Service Manager and all any who agree with this treatment of customers who want to see you succeed.

Its bad enough i have to wait 3 weeks for my order but now i cant even get my item
No refunds or replacements were offered at all.My item arrived to the wrong location and the customer service isnt really helpful. A bunch of thieves is what you guys are
Sizes run small and customer service will do nothing to help. Shirts aren't good quality and smell. I would not suggest giving them your money.
Don't let the low rating turn you away. They provide great quality shirts to and for wrestler. Everyone complaining literally had to agree that shipping may be extended due to everything going on in the world. They're doing a great job. Keep up the work, PWT!
It took three weeks to get two shirts shipped out to me. The return policy is "no refunds, no exchanges" which really corners the consumer into doing a lot of research before buying a shirt. They have a great selection and support independent wrestlers, which are the positives, but other than that, I do not see myself purchasing from them again due to the policies and ship times that do not favor the customer.
Customer service responded promptly to initial email but ghosted after follow-up. Here I am, still waiting on a response almost two weeks later.
I am a monthly subscriber to their "Pro Wrestling Crate" service and have been since February 2021. When monthly crates are shipped, they always send a tracking number and shipping notification. I never received either for the May 2021 crate, nor did I receive the crate itself. I emailed back and forth several times with Michael, and was given the run-around each time. I was initially asked to wait ten days to see if it came, and it did not. Then I was told I was going to be sent a replacement and given a tracking number, which ended up being the June 2021 crate and not a replacement for the item was charged for and never sent. This was intentionally misleading and falsifying on the part of PWC/One Hour Tees. I emailed again and did not receive a response. I then emailed everyone at One Hour Tees and their subsidiaries, and immediately received a response from Michael stating they would send a replacement, along with a FedEx tracking number. It has now been two weeks and I have not received anything, and they are no longer responding to emails. This has been hands down the absolute worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. As a small business owner in the same area as they serve (wrestling), it is an embarrassment to the community as a whole, and something those who do business with them should - and will - be made aware of.
My wife got 2 of the 20 dollar pw crate 5 pack, they were both the EXACT same bags with about 50 cents worth of crap nobody knows inside. No customer service and no refunds. No help.we will never ship at this horrid business again.
I ordered some normal shirts for myself which were completely okay and some ladies fitted shirts for my girlfriend which did not match the measurement table at all. So I contacted the customer support and got a very prompt reply asking for some pictures. After sending them I never heard from them again. Even after multiple reminders I haven't got any further reply. That's just a very bad way to treat your customers and I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone.
I bought from a lot of vendors throughout the world, both big and small, but no one is as incompetent as this company. They use Asendia exclusively for shipping abroad which is so slow, and they are not even willing to use regular mail instead. They take 7 to 10 days to just take an item off of their shelf and package it. I can buy a box of theirs, and next month they'll have another collectible I want, but when you ask them if they are planning for anything, they outright lie. They are the worst communicators and slowest shippers on the planet.
They just suck, terrible customer service. How hard is it to cancel an item and refund before item is even created
Whatever you do, DO NOT BUY THEIR SHOES. They claim to be All Star Chuck Taylor Converses, but they look and feel like cheap knockoffs. They are made from cheap materials, and they feel like they will easily fall apart. For the $99-$125 price tag, and 3-4 week wait you're better off taking your money elsewhere. Very disappointed
I really like PWT. They are a small business who puts out fun and quality merchandise that helps the wrestlers and their families.
My only knock is that it takes so long for them to ship. 10 days.
Spent almost $40 on 3 shirts. All 3 had a generic design printed on cheap white Gildan shirts. Not worth anywhere near what I paid for them. Total scam.
Make sure you dont order any of there mystery products if you are a customer
Of theirs. They just use overstock but say its random and if they send you a product you already have through their crate service, they just tell you, you should know better next time. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
