My stuff was delivered to Wrong address My Neighbor up the Street Ended up with my Prints! Your company printed out Wrong address label for delivery! I almost Lost $500 worth of supplies! Im so Glad I have great Neighbors! So Im hesitant about ordering more & your service accuracy! The paperwork was correct but the shipping label was missing a number in my address!

I would recommend Proworld to my family and friends. The products are good quality, ordering is easy and convenient. I received my merchandise in a very short period of time and setting up my cameo was simple with instructions.

It was easy to order and the communication was excellent. As a result, the order pick-up went really smooth.

The Fathers Day transfer were great. The images were trendy and it did not look like just another tshirt. I like the ease of heat pressing them. I managed to put them on good. Will order earlier next time so that I could make more shirts than I did this year.

First order... no disappointments! Great customer service. I had trouble deciding which heat press to purchase, Naturally I was thinking if I purchased the more expensive one I would get the best quality. Called to speak to an agent, she was extremely honest and told me that a cheaper one would serve my business needs. I was appreciative of her honesty. Will definitely purchase again.

We have not received our total order yet. We ordered and was charged for 12 pcs of Religious WORDS but only received 2 pcs. There was no notice of a backorder which is why we were charged for it. Please send us the remainder of the transfers asap.

These sheets are perfect for photo transfers, or whole-sheet transfers, but do require cutting if you're not looking for the film left in empty spaces. Definitely need to cut the left-over with dark colors b/c it leaves a white film, but that's with any kind of ij paper. All in all: They're easy to use, press beautifully, and produce a great pic on tees! I LOVE them and will order again! Excellent ink-jet transfer paper!

There were 2 small issues but were addressed promptly. I was missing 1 piece but they shipped it out the next day. And there was confusion on my part because the invoice said I was credited for a transfer I returned but I never got. But after contacting them I found out that the transfer was discontinued. So everything worked out. Thanks and I'll be continuing business with them..

Great product and quick delivery. Tho i was a little concerned on whether any would be broken, i even ask the driver how many were broke, the box was in such bad shape and he said he would note the box destruction. Fearfully opened each one and they were all intact. Thank you

Its the little things, you know. Proworld is great: you earn points, free shipping, the Swedish fish. The company actually cares about the customer. They dont have to give Swedish fish to your customers, but you do. I didnt get any, so I was a little bummed. I didnt get a decal I wanted, but it was refunded. No Swedish fish really got me though. I look forward to the fishies.
