This man, came to my house, reviewed the job, install a TV on a brick wall above the fireplace. Mentioned that because the wall, the special bracket and install the soundbar below the tv, will cost more that regular one.$400. Came days later install a regular bracket, not the one that we agreed. When I questioned where is the pull down bracket, his answers was that is going to cost me $150 more. End of the story, his job was crappy, made scratches in the soundbar and in the base of the TV and worse thing installed higher.
Not recommend this company at all
