Overpromised, underdelivered

They hype up affordable plans and flexibility, but what I got was glitchy billing, delayed service, and emails that go unanswered. It felt like I was constantly fixing things they should've handled in the first place. I regret signing up and wouldn't recommend them to any of my contacts.
