They were exceptional in every way! Before this, I had never utilized a moving firm. If I needed to move, I always had relatives and friends to help me. Unfortunately, I had no choice but to relocate as quickly as possible because of personal relationship problems. I intended to do it right away, but I was anxious to hire a moving company. I was very amazed at how well they handled the transition. Everything was done so professionally, my folks could never! I actually had less stress with Pro Smart Movers' team by my side, than when I was moving with my people. I think I will be using only moving companies from now one, and especially this one!
The movers were just fantastic! They were extremely professional, efficient, friendly, and polite. They performed such an excellent job of properly wrapping everything so that nothing was broken. They have excellent problem-solving skills and worked out how to cram everything into the vehicle more tightly than anyone we've ever seen. We've relocated a lot, and the last two times we required a 26-foot truck. We could have hired a 22 foot truck because these folks packed it so neatly, saving us a lot of money. I would strongly advise anyone to use Pro Smart Movers. The sales reps/coordinators were amazing, the movers were fantastic, and the support service was fantastic as well! Pro Smart Movers and team helped me move out of our homes into a new house. This was in the midst of selling and buying the property and the logistics were pretty complex.
