I hired Prosmart to assist with a small office move in downtown SF and it was an excellent experience: professional service, friendly hard-working smart crew and thorough moving. They gave a courtesy call when they were 15 minutes away and took the steps needed to do the job right. The first reviewed the space and all items to be moved, and then carefully wrapped what needed to be wrapped. They communicated well with the building manager and she was impressed. (Also no extra fee for multiple Certificates of Insurance-some forms wanted $35/COI! Plus their fuel fee was very fair.) Elevator in new Office very tight, but they cheerfully moved everything and never groaned about it. Once all items were in new Office, I changed my mind about placement and they happily rearranged furniture, including a heavy filing cabinet. Billing paperwork was clearly explained and they accepted my Yelp coupon ($100 value for $50) without any fuss. Thanks for the great service, will gladly recommend and hire again!

I have been waiting for this move for a very long time and very carefully studied different companies that will be able to transfer my belongings with furniture safe and sound. Long hours of searching led me to Prosmart. The company did not attract my attention at first, but after I read the reviews and asked I trusted them with friends. On the day of the move, the guys arrived on time even 5 minutes earlier, packed all my things and quickly put them in the car. After inspecting the furniture, I did not find scratches. Therefore, I can say with confidence that you are the best company!

Many thanks to the Prosmart company, they showed perseverance and were able to load everything quickly, despite the fact that they could not get through the arch. The car arrived quickly and everything was loaded neatly. Very satisfied with the quality of the service

I highly recommend Prosmart Moving Company! They were responsive and helpful from start to finish. We recently moved (within the same city) from an apartment to a house.

I did some research and reached out to various moving companies to compare prices. We chose Prosmart based on the quotes provided and the reviews here. We'd also had a friend who used Prosmart right when SIP hit--my friend had a young toddler and was 8 months pregnant at the time, and Prosmart did a great job.

They got to work and were incredibly fast! We felt bad because we had some last minute packing to do, but they were able to work around us and get a lot done. They wrapped our furniture in moving blankets and shrink wrap when appropriate, and quickly moved everything into the truck. Once we arrived at our new home, they unloaded everything quickly, placing furniture where my husband had described earlier. Since we had started in the morning and it was early afternoon, we provided lunch and they were very gracious.

Again, I highly recommend this company - they are fast, friendly, affordable, efficient and nothing was damaged in the move. As a side note, one of our neighbors at our apartment had also hired movers to move items from her garage into the truck. Prosmart was able to not only move us out of our old apartment, but also move us IN to our new place before these guys even filled the back of their truck!

We used Prosmart Moving on 7/6 in Los angeles and they were great. Scheduling was easy. They were on-time. There were three movers. They moved in all of our heavy appliances from a detached garage into our house. We were very happy! We would definitely us them again!)

Absolutely wonderful service. They responded immediately we had to move last minute they came that same afternoon to help me even after they already had a long day. Could not have asked for a better experience with this crew. Booking process was efficient and straightforward. On moving day, Joe, Ethan, and Albert arrived right on time. They had us moved in way ahead of estimated schedule, and best of all, they were conscientious, meticulous, and made moving day fun. Highly recommend!

As I sit here amongst a sea of unpacked cardboard boxes in my new house, I am still shook that Prosmart Movers has come and gone. Punctual, swift, and smoothly executed to make our move seem so easy. Our items big and small were carefully packaged and protected. The pricing was fair. I cannot express how thankful we are. They did a really great job and we highly recommend them for your move!

We just completed our first move with Prosmart after everyone single one of my colleagues at work recommended them to us. The whole experience completely exceeded my expectations!

First -- booking was a breeze. We spoke to Tim on the phone who answered on the first try, gave us a quick (and very reasonable quote), walked us through our options for getting a permit for the truck, and helped us feel really prepared for the move. We booked our move ~3 weeks out. Clive called us a couple of days in advance to make sure we had all the info for a smooth move.

Next -- the day of the move. We had a crew of four guys who were simply AWESOME. We packed everything in our 1-bedroom ourselves which made the move go super fast. We definitely invested in being prepared and, as a result, our move was done in just over two hours. Nothing broken, nothing misplaced. We came in under budget which left more money for a tip!

Prosmart ended up coming in cheaper than the last company we used, they were more professional, and we didn't have to lift a finger (we helped the last crew a lot to help things go faster). Can't recommend them enough!

First off let me start by saying we were NOT ready to go when they arrived for our move but that didn't stop them from giving us the best moving service I've ever had. They were fast and efficient as well as EXTREMELY friendly and very social distance aware. They also removed everything we didn't want to bring with us (which was a studio apartment's worth of furniture) and disposed of all of it so we didn't have to. At our new house they not only unloaded but set up our beds and furniture where we wanted them. 100% recommend not only Prosmart but its crew especially!

I had a very pleasant experience with my movers this week, and I couldn't be more grateful for how smoothly it went. I really was dreading moving, but our movers, made it pretty painless.

They were efficient and seemed knowledgeable about maneuvering some of my big furniture. They were also very communicative with me and my boyfriend throughout the whole process and were very personable.

These guys were great to work with. Showed up on time, clean, professional, polite and fast. Turned a 6-hour move into a 3 1/2 hour move. Very pleased from beginning to end. I will use the courteous movers from Prosmart Movers again in the future for sure. Recommended to all!

They helped us move the furniture during the move. They did an excellent job with their task, they did not damage anything during transportation, we are satisfied and will contact them in the future!
