Too many keystrokes, ahd to reenter certain info 3 times
I knew before hand that this candelabra bulb was going to flicker a bit when you dim it down so far. Wish they had one that wouldn't flicker on lower settings. Pricing needs to be more competitive. Great LED bulb when left on high setting installed in ceiling fan.
It's a little early to tell any of this. I just now ordered the parts and are waiting for delivery. Scowling through a website and placing an order is nothing to comment about. If the parts arrive next week when expected, then I can evaluate the information you are asking about.
The items I needed were in stock and I received them when I needed them. I paid for expedited service and the price was reasonable. I will be looking at Products for Automation more often for parts I need to source. Thank you.
It was painless
Site kicked me out 3X
I liked the pricing, however the communication failed. I received the e-mail stating the order was received on the 15, then no other communication until I called on the 20th, 5 days later. The rep stated it was shipping from California and that same morning it arrived at my house in Wisconsin. The lack of a timely shipping notice caused me frustration and your staff time and money researching my order. Timely communication using your IT systems would have prevented this issue.
