Google Review for Wellnee – One Star I strongly advise anyone considering doing business with Wellnee to stay away. This company appears to be nothing more than a fraudulent operation designed to deprive people of their money. My own experience, combined with the overwhelming number of negative reviews, confirms a disturbing pattern: poor product quality, misleading practices, and a complete lack of customer support or accountability. When I requested a refund for a failed transaction, they refused to process it, hiding behind a nonsensical excuse that a chargeback had been initiated—even though it is well known that merchants can still resolve refunds voluntarily. This is nothing more than a calculated move to avoid issuing rightful refunds. It's clear from their responses and evasive tactics that Wellnee's business model thrives on denial, delay, and deception. They do not stand behind their product, and they do not respect their customers. Avoid Wellnee at all costs.

My daughter recently purchased a pair of shoes from the Robina store using a VISA gift voucher she recieved for her birthday but the display ones were dirty so they ordered her a pair to be delivered. When the shoes arrived they were a different fit to the display ones. When she attempted to return them, the staff refused to refund the money or give her another another gift card. They would only give her a store voucher forcing her to spend it at their store. This is despite the receipt clearly stating that 'refunds are given in the form of the original payment' BLATANT LIES! My daughter asked to see the manager and someone named 'Corey' then spoke to her in a very aggressive, rude and condescending manner. He kept walking off mid conversation and basically showed a complete lack of any customer service skills whatsoever. My daughter now has no option but to spend this money ($100) in a store that neither she, nor I, nor anyone else we can influence, will ever shop in again. BUYER BEWARE. Do not give these arrogant, lying rip-off merchants a cent of your hard earned money.

Used it, hard to put on hard to get off. Complete Scam. Leaves stomach with sticky residue and that is it. Save your money.

Never had any issues with them. If I read their reviews I then buy and have no issues. Unlike Trustpilot who removes my negative reviews everytime and have misled me multiple times. Product review seems to me to be reliable and safe.

They promote fake reviews and support companies that are paying them. This is their way to make money

My recent experience with Product Review has clarified that it's a dodgy company.

I and my partner hired Clearly Strata Reports and it came out as a dodgy company. We dragged them to court and have won the case. Now Penrith Court has ordered Clearly Strata Reports to refund us and the company is not refunding us. Product review has removed both our comments and invoice to support that dodgy company. They have forgotten that they are under ACCC and Australian Consumer Act.

Product arrived faster than stated and fits perfect for my son! Texture of shirt is amazing and doesn't shrink when put into a drying machine! Overall great item!

A company trading as Metropolitan Plumbing constantly posts obviously fake reviews on Product Review. Product Review ignores reports that the reviews are fake. It looks like collusion between these companies.

Productreview is useful but I have concerns about what they are not allowing in reviews. Take AFCA for example, they have a person convicted of indecent exposure working there in a role where they obtain the personal and financial details of unsuspecting members of the public. Given the fact that one it is a criminal offence and they have a conviction and 2. Indecent exposure is a precursor to more serious crimes including rape and murder it is more relevant to know about that than to know that AFCA is slow. We all know AFCA is slow, what we dont know is the person you are interacting with is a convicted sexual predator.

productreview.com.au DO NOT publish genuine negative reviews about businesses that pay them. I have left many negative reviews for large businesses that have provided very poor outcomes, ripped me off or made false claims about a product or service who prey on consumers and the imbalance of power they command over us. Do not believe the very large number of positive reviews on productreview.com.au because these are mostly fake and designed to mislead and deceive consumers into believing the business can be trusted.

Product Review as a site that is for a review of a product seems to have a generic response for those not happy with the text input by the reviewer. The site should be a review on the product only as the site name suggests, but it appears you can also make comment on the staff of the business which is not an issue if it is positive but when it is a personal attack on ones persona it should be removed. I have asked twice and just get the same generic response.

My go to site for all expensive purchases... This is always the first place I look for when researching any product. Keep it up!

Product review is riddled with fake reviews from disgruntled ex employees and competitors. Overall an untrustworthy site and waste of space on the internet. The 1.8 stars out of possible 10 inidicates how much people do not like productreview.

I have contacted product review several times about a fake review against my business
I have told them I have evidence that it is a fake review which is hurting my business
They want me to sign up and spend money to report it through their system
But they say they will not remove reviews also
So what is the point of any of it
Anyone can write anything about anyone with no consequences- cold world hey

Product Review seem to lack a conscience when it comes to who they help. It appears they are happy to support abusive people who threaten others. Our staff were abused by a customer who later wrote a negative review and Product Review are happy to leave it up even when it is not factual. Don't bother trying to reason with them to have it removed it is a waste of time. No wonder there is a class action pending on this unethical company.

Registry Australia (https://registry.com.au/), a scam business registry site, continually puts fake 5 star reviews on productreview. All the reviews are from reviewers who only do ONLY one review, for you guessed it, Registry Australia.

Productreview have been notified multiple times and don't even bother to respond.

I will never trust buying from Perigord Truffles of Tasmania. The owner Duncan never responds to his emails. I ordered a gift pack with Truffle Shaver and Black Truffle and a large Truffle oil. I was sent an order confirmation that I would be receiving my order. I didn't receive the Shaver and the Black Truffle was tasteless absolutely no flavour a waste of money. I wrote asking why, no response and wrote about no receiving my correct order, no response. The truffle oil was to be a gift and I received 4 x 250ml bottles instead of the 1 litre. The oil is flavourless and I have bought better quality Truffle oil at Harris Farm. With all the reviews on Perigord Truffles website I was expecting quality. Absolute waste of money and he completely ignores you. Poor customer relations would never recommend buying here. I honestly believe I received a "false" Truffle as genuine Truffles are full of flavour. I have had numerous Truffles and this was the worse Truffle I have ever tasted.

Recently wrote a review about ANZ and they didn't publish it even though it was as factual as it could be. No reason why just rejected. Have already posted many reviews before but they selectively didn't like this one. So they are not as transparent as they make out to be.
If you reject a review you should state the reason why otherwise your just as dodgy as the companies being reviewed. Not a 100% honest review site and lost credibility with me
