On SmartCustomer, businesses may not offer incentives or pay to remove reviews. Read more about our Review Guidelines and the process we have against fake reviews.
You go to the trouble of writing a review, and verifying the sale by uploading a copy of the receipt, and for some reason your published review shows a different model. Not a different color. A different model with different features. Why did THEY change the model? So anyway, you edit your review to simple add the exact model in the description and a month later you see your edited review is still pending, unpublished! What a waste of time! You thought eBay adding product details automatically and getting it wrong was bad? Try Product Review! Haha. What a joke. Apart from that, don't believe the businesses with an unnaturally massive amount of almost all 5/5 star reviews.
This business promotes negative reviews to damage small business, unless you have a paid ad with them. They currently have a major Australian law firm forming a class action with a lot of disgruntled businesses. When you do a search on these guys they have hidden their identity BUT it is only a matter of time before they are brought to justice. There is no conscience behind Product Reviews.com.au, they dont care about the small business owner who could lose everything due to their policies in promoting negativity and encouraging defamatory comments. The Australian public deserve to know about this business
The site is fairly similar to Sitejabber, but with less reviews and categories but a more organized system. Searching for reviews of items is easy and you can filter them by ratings, popularity, number of reviews... etc I find that a really thoughtful option for users.
