I bought 2 pairs of running shoes that i sent back. One for refund the other to exchange for a bigger size. They refunded one pair and the other simply they have no record of it... I emailed and phoned their customer service... I only get apologies but no action us taken. I wonder if the person handling the return put the box in her/his bag and now someone is wearing my shoes that I paid for.

Awful customer service

I ordered a sweatshirt from here and they emailed me saying that my card was declined but they've taken a 'reservation' amount of money out of my bank account, tried to correct this by ringing customer services to see what went wrong (as they requested) to just be laughed at by the person on the end of the phone, he didn't take me seriously and sat giggling in the other end of the phone rather than actually listening to what my issue was? And to top it off I'm now having to wait for my 'reservation' money to be refunded back into my account. Id say just don't bother!

Beware of Pro direct soccer with regards to their ordering and returns policy. I ordered a pay of £80 boots and was charged £4.95 delivery, I had to return them as too small and asked for an exchange. I had to pay a further £4.95 for the exchange and still had to pay for the return. All in all about £15 spent on postage. Rip off if you ask me as most companies nowadays offer at the very least a free return. Won't buy from them again.

Very happy

I am very confused with the negative reviews. I ordered from the England store and I am located in The U.S. Pro Direct was the only company that had the shorts that I wanted for my team, so I ordered from them. It took less than a week for them to come overseas, which really impressed me. Would definitely recommend, and will buy from again.

Impressed, maybe lucky

I have received my indoor football / futsal shoes within 2 days after ordering. I had seen the site before and had been skeptical due to the negative reviews but the price of the shoes being offered was worth me taking the risk. I ordered on a Thursday night with personalisation. I was told it would take between 5-6 days for it to arrive (2/3 days additional processing time for the personalisation). However the next morning (Friday), my shoes had started to be personalised and by 4pm were dispatched using Royal Mail 24. Today (Saturday), I have received them and there is no problem with them at all. Maybe other buyers have just had bad luck but I can assure you, there was no problem in my transaction and everything is perfect! I will do business again with them for sure.

Super satisfied!

I placed an order even though I read all the bad reviews, because the price was half of what I could get it for in the Netherlands.

I ordered on Tuesday 13th of October and I have just received the package on the 15th. So that is very fast for a delivery from the UK.

The article I ordered matched the delivery and it was nicely packed in it's original packaging with the tags and everything on it. So it was the legit item and exactly what I ordered.

I dunno what happened with all the bad reviews, but for me it was super service and a quick delivery for a very low price!

Will definitely order again.

Bad service

I just ordered a pair of cleats and the first time it denied my card so I tried it like 3 more times. And today I got all three cleats and it said my card was denied all three times. Does anybody know how to return on this website?

Underhanded

Ordered a pair of cleats on sale, very nice pair, turns out they cancelled my cleats and didn't tell me. Emailed them to ask if i could the same pair in a different color and they said no and would not answer my email. Customer service is horrible, no real answer and claimed to never have cancelled an order. Difficult and painful. Only order if you don't mind never being answered.

Great company to work with

I had just purchased a pair of soccer cleats for my daughter and they were shipped as instructed and they did not appear to be a knock off of the original product. I have viewed the same product in the store and it was identical to it. I had one issue with this company when I was trying to register my credit card and somehow I did not put the correct information in and when I corrected it did generated a second order. I immediately emailed him the next morning to notify them of the issue. I noticed then on my credit card statement I was charge for the second order and they refunded my money right after that. The only small complaint I would have about this company is that they don't really have a phone number to speak to anybody personally and their website says they will respond back to you within 24 hours of your email and it took them three days to get back to me in response to my email. I was skeptical of this company after I ordered my daughter's cleats because of what was said online. But I can assure you that I will use this company again to purchase soccer stuff because they did save me a lot of money.

Ups and Downs

After ordering my cleats I got an email saying the order was rejected by the bank due to the address and name not matching. I just got a new card so I figured it wa my bad. I reordered my purchase with my old card name and still had the same problem. After contacting the bank I learned that the order went through and the company had taken money out for both orders but denied me and blamed it on the bank. I was pissed to say the least and emailed customer service. I had heard many bad things about costumer service but I had a reply in 24 hours and everything was cleared up with ease. I am now a happy customer as my cleats have appeared to be in transit.

I just ordered two sets of cleats for my daughter and I couldn't be happier. They were last year's models so the price was very good (I was a little worried too good). They shipped from Atlanta a day later and arrived in two days via Fed Ex as they were supposed to. I checked the cleats thoroughly upon arrival for an defects or any hint that they may be knock-offs. The were in great condition and they (as well as the boxes) look legit. My daughter has played three games in them and she has had no issues with one pair. Hasn't had a chance yet to try out the artificial grass cleats yet.

I ordered 14 team shirts from ProDirect. Firstly, the good news - the shirts arrived in reasonable time, and were fine.
The not good news is that Pro Direct charged me twice for this order. I saw this (Pro Direct did not) and so emailed Pro Direct to report this to them. It then took over a month to get a refund of the over payment. In that time I had to write endless emails asking Pro Direct where was my refund was. The customer services at Pro Direct were terrible. They did nothing -except the usual bland "sorry for any inconvenience" statement. I received emails - each one from a different Pro Direct customer support person, and each one telling me something completely different. They had no idea what they were doing -or how to fix the problem.
People and businesses make mistakes - I am ok with that, but how they handle mistakes and customer care tells you alot about a company. The customer care of this company is very, very poor. I will not use them again.

I ordered Mercurial SG Vapors on 5 May, as the boots were available for immediate despatch on the US site. After receiving an email confirmation, I was told the boot was on back order until May 11.
On May 11, was told May 18. On May 18, date put out to May 25. On May 25, date changed to May 29. On May 20, my order was marked shipped. I arrived home to check the tracking information and the status changed to BACK ORDER AGAIN!
I asked for an IMMEDIATE REFUND and no one responded to my email. I could have ordered the boots from the UK site and had them withih 10 days!
I've discovered that the UK site is dependable and honest, however apparently the don't do business the same way in the States.

I spoke to a man called James I must say the service was fantastic he was very helpful and even gave me free express delivery as my previous order was on back order also was very calm and nice and kind and helped me out in every aspect even went out of his way to call me back to confirm I will receive my order the following working day.

www.prodirectsoccer.com/uk is a really reliable source! Im from Australia and the website says it would be delivered by Royal Mail between 7-8 working days and it came on time! The prices are low and I never had to contact customers service because their site is really good! I ordered the Nike Elastic II Finale Indoors and they were amazing! I have just ordered the Adidas Predator Instinct and the price was so cheap! The shoes perform amazingly! Wonderful Website! And for the people who had trouble buying go to a different website like SOCCERPRO.COM or WORLDSOCCERSHOP.COM but the prices are very high!

I had a great experience with prodirectsoccer.com. First I was a little affraid because of the negative reviews I saw on the internet. So I decided to e-mail them with a couple of questions and they answered my questions within a few hours. These answers gave me the trust I needed to place my order. So I ordered a pair of Puma Powercat 1 SL soccershoes which retailed for €274,95 a year ago in the Netherlands, these shoes were in the Sale so I only paid €76,- for them with additional €8,29 shipping costs instead of €274,95.

I ordered the shoes on 29/09/2014 and they were deliverd at 02/10/2014. I had a great experience ordering at Pro Direct Soccer!

What a load of $#*!!

What a load of $#*!! Orders displayed on the site are not actually in stock even though the confirmation email gives you a dispatch date! Customer services upon hearing that I want to cancel the order suddenly very vague and quite rude. I asked for a call back because she couldn't confirm whether or not she could actually cancel - "might be today, I can't put a time on it!" Very annoyed as this whole process has taken 8 days up to now...

Avoid this site if you've got any sense.

I ordered a $140 pair of pantafola cleats and when they came in they were almost two sizes bigger than my Nike cleats. I wore them outside one time to see if I was able to adapt with the fit and I could not, I sent them in for an exchange of a size smaller and they replied that they would NOT exchange used pairs of cleats even though they were in perfect condition. Bogus Site.
