Beware of using their paid services, their customer service is by far the worst i have seen. Only 3 hours a day!

I give this game a 1 star because it deleted all my equipment that I have been saving up for 3 years

This website is so bad, it used to be so good and I used to have so much fun playing it.
First of all, after the updates to the characters and battles, everything has just gone downhill. The characters look so stupid and babyish now, and in the battles you can miss without answering a question wrong. Also,
Next, EVERY SINGLE GODDAMN THING about Prodigy is now centred around Memberships.
1. Special clothes/wands - I try to get these and it gives me an ad saying "Members get cool stuff!"
2. Pets and epics - I am not allowed to evolve or rescue pets. When I first started the game, I got lots of crappy earth pets and if I had known that there was a limit... also it isn't fair that the members get all of the cool epics and the non-members can't
3. Chests - I know that anyone can get chests, but even then, I get member-only things inside them. It comes up with a message saying "You got a new outfit! Would you like to try it on?" And then I get an ad when I click yes (who would have thought?)
4. Members also get more "stars". Pretty much every member I've seen has been on level 100 when I've been playing for 3 years and am only on level 85! Members get to go around wearing the special member badges in front of the kids whose parents genuinely can't or have better things to spend their money on then Prodigy.
5. And the list goes on and on and on - don't even get me started on potions, the Dark Tower, and houses
Also, I can't go five seconds without getting more ads.
Thirdly, I'm in grade 7 and my brother (who also does Prodigy) is in grade 4. Both of us are getting YEAR 1 AND 2 WORK. It is so easy and I keep getting the same questions OVER AND OVER. Prodigy seems to put more work into promotion of membership than it does actual maths. It's more like a movie than a maths program.
Overall, would not recommend Prodigy unless you want to be bored to death and would sue it if I could.

Prodigy is very like d&d which I like but its math which is to much like I-READY BOO. I do not like that you only upgrade your pets if your a member which SUX for me and the rest of us!

Prodigy USED to be fun. Honestly, now all there is is just membership ads at every corner. Then, IF you buy it, it asks you to buy Level Up or Ultimate. Then vs now, Then is an obvious win.

They dont even update anymore, they just change the graphics into even more crappy ones. Plus, it is very bring because the Prodigy team don't bother to finish the game. I have heard of no one that finished the game caus u can't!

Prodigy is good but ITS ALL FORCING ME TO BUY MEMBERSHIP, CLOTHES ARE MEMBERSHIP POTIONS ARE MEMBER SHIP SPINNING THE WHEEL MORE IS MEMBERSHIP, EVERYWHERE. IS. MEMBERSHIP. IN FACT, WHEN I BUY MEMBERSHIP, YOU CAN'T EVEN REFUND IT!

This is so bad that it should burn in the burning fires of hell along with all the people that enjoy this trash game.

The old avatars in prodigy looked so much better than the new ones. It might just be my opinion, but I have also seen other online posts about how others prefer the old skins too. The old looks gave me so much nostalgia, but now? It just looks weird. Please change the skins/avatars back!

I was signed up for automatic yearly renewal of 161 dollars. My kids have not played the game for ever and when I asked for refund they just keep finding excuses. Their phone doesn't work, email comes back with shady answers and when I disputed credit card prodigy refused card company to give back the money. But they do tell me to get it from my credit card. Must be a business run from somewhere in Asia.

Everyone looooooooves this game in my class, but I just don't get the hype. It's annoying that there's barely any math on there, and it's not even that good, like im in the gifted program in sixth grade and im getting 3rd grade math. Also there was once a very very simple multiplication question that my 6 year old sister could answer, and the prodigy people put the correct answer to the problem as incorrect? Appparently 9x3 does NOT equal 27, it equals 24?! I tried to email them about it, but since im not an adult, they just blocked me and said, and I quote, "Oops! We're sorry! No one's perfect, but we try! Please refrain from contacting us in the future- or purchase a membership for more glitch-free learning and cool stuff, plus" etc.So annoying how they work that into everything. Also the membership ads...UGH THEY ARE SO ANNOYING. I literally cant go more than 5 minutes without and ad for membership. I cant afford the membership and it was really annoying when they made so many areas and quests only for members. Like, i cant:
1. Buy clothes or pretty much any furniture or pets anywhere
2. Climb the dark tower
3. Get a house that isnt a literal shoebox
4. Use hairstyles, stores, buddies, and potions
5. Don't even get me STARTED on the cloud mounts and wands
The epics section really deserves it's own review.
It's so, so annoying that my wizard watch is covered wiht "this epic is coming" or "hunt for x now!"
I cant do anything epic related, and yet my friends who can afford memberships have all the epics and cool stuff.
All in all, i reallly dont like this game. Its a waste of time, you dont learn anything, and they are very aggressive with ads and expensive.

If you want to keep a kid busy without guilt at home prodigy is a good option. It has lots of k-8 content, help videos, examples, and you can use hints without it marking the question wrong. You can learn either math or newly added English. Math is an open world with many places to explore, many monsters to fight, and a great storyline, a levels system, cosmetics and pets, customizable houses, many wands and gear to buy using different kinds of currencies. Overall the math subject is very well made and can help a kid learn without even realizing it. You can also unleash your creativity with an expansive world and you can even build and upgrade your own city. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that the premium users have too many advantages over free players.

They will autocharge you without ANY notice and don't do any refunds. A complete scam! Even when you try to cancel on the same day you're charged. STAY AWAY

I like Prodigy but there is a problem with it. Every time I try to do the Floatling Fling on the website, it keeps saying that I "Didn't put it in the right spot" when I put it CLEAR IN THE CENTER. This is aggravating as this is one of my assignments to do to get started. 3 stars down.

Do not give this company of your credit card information. They are complete fraud. They will keep charging you $75 and wont stop. They do not credit you back and say it's in their rules to keep charging. Stay away from this joke of a company!

This is such a scam don't buy member it's like 40 bucks! And you can't like do ANYTHING without member. Download at your own risk and btw if you have a child DO NOT give them prodigy this is rly bad don't download. And this is just my thoughs on this app no offence to this company. And i play at school when i have no other choise THE SCHOOL MODE I DON'T EVEN WANNA TALK ABOUT!
