Although there were postponements and delays due to weather, we were called and kept informed of any changes. Our job was smaller and not an immediate need.
Project Consultant Steve Cooper explained things well and remained very calm if asked multiple questions. He took extra care to accommodate my needs and handled issues smoothly and professionally.

Sean was very nice, informative and thorough, but in retrospect I think I overpaid for 1/2 hour of service to simply put on a new shingle which I provided.

Peter and his crew did a excellent job on my roof and also recommended some energy saving improvements that could easily be done at the same time. They truly want to make sure that the customer is happy, and provide so many more services other than roofing. We will be keeping The other exterior of home improvements.
Overall great experience. First off they came out to look at a basis repair job. They charged a fair price and they did quality work. The roof tech who came out for the repair new what they issue was and was obviously over experienced. If and when I need additional work down I will be sure to call this company back.
Sean did a great job of explaining to me what needed to be done particularly on the chimney. This began with a request to potentially replace my skylights which he recommended against at this time (they were not leaking, wait until I do entire roof) but he did check a leak I had by the chimney and also pointed out a couple other real problems that the other roof estimators did not see or mention. The implementation was flawless and again Sean explained exactly what he was going to do and why. To be it simply, my expectations were exceeded. I cannot say enough about the knowledge and professionalism of Sean.
Sean was quick to come and give us an estimate, and the work was scheduled in a timely way. He took multiple photos both before and after, so we could see what was done on the roof. Peter was easy to work with as well. The only thing we noticed after it was done is some black tar marks on the sidewalk below where the new shingles were installed. We did not mention it, though, as we are not sure anything can be done about it. Overall, we would highly recommend this company!
