I was sent the. Wrong tire size. I should have received a 22 inch tire and I received a 20 inch tire. The day I ordered the website kept glitching adding extra items in my cart. When I received the wrong item I called in and the representative told me I had to pay shipping to return for an issue that wasn't my fault. Now with no one trying to make this right I don't plan to order from this vendor again.
We do provide Free Returns when we make a mistake, but in this case you plain as day purchased the incorrect tire size do to your own unlucky mistake! Your confirmation email and invoice are evidence of that, among others. As such, a Free Return is not possible, but you can still receive help from us in the form of a discounted return label. We don't see any indication of any extra items being added to your cart in the system per our tests and logs, but you're free to give us more details and we'll be happy to check again.

The tire came within a few days, (even though they said it could be up to a week or two). They emailed with updates and tracking info. Purchased from them twice and will do it again!

Used priority twice and haven't been dissatisfied yet the only thing is the shipping getting 2 tires one day and two tires two days later is kind of difficult to schedule customer appointments when you go off of the tracking.
