This is my first time ordering from Priority tires. I hate having different brands of tires on my car. My usual places didn't have my tires, Priority did. The delivery was fast and I really like the fact as education personnel I could use my ID.Me account for a discount. The tires were brand new, by eye no sign of any damage. I haven't gotten them installed yet. So far so good!

Ordered tires through Walmart+. Tires arrived early, but were not the size I ordered.
Called them and got the run around.
Called Walmart and they instructed Priority to to ship replacements overnight and have carrier pick up the wrong tires while delivering the replacements.
Not only are Priority refusing to do what Walmart instructs them to do they basically told me I am stupid and should order more tires from them as replacements.
Effectively, their business procedure constitutes an illegal "bait and switch""
They made a mistake, but will not hold themselves accountable.
They ignore keeping a customer satisfied and concentrate simply upon how they can avoid money loss on their product.
There are many other tire wholesalers who stand behind their actions.

If we did indeed send incorrect tires by accident, we naturally do apologize for our mistake - it was not intentional and is not the norm.
Naturally when such an situation arises all you need to do is contact us, we'll help you with a Free Return and then a replacement or refund.
Obviously, in such cases, you are required to provide simple and straightforward evidence of your claims (a basic photo of the received tires). The replacement or refund are available once the tires are returned or, at the very least, on their way back to us.
We apologize on Walmart's behalf if they gave you the run around and incorrect information - replacements are not available ahead of the return (as per both their and our policy) and we at Priority Tire do not use expedited shipping. Truly this situation would have been more amicable had Walmart not misled you.
We're not sure why you're mentioning any "illegal bait and switch"; there is no need to implicate yourself in any uncalled for defamation or slander. You very well know that a simple human error occurred wherein incorrect tires were sent by accident, just as you know that we offered you assistance in accordance with standard retail policies and practices. Likewise, offering a free return to you at our own cost and replacement afterwards again at our cost is in no way avoiding responsibility or focusing on our own benefit.
There is no issue in being upset if we did ship you incorrect tires by our mistake, for that we will always apologize as we are aware of the resulting inconvenience; with that said, we genuinely tried to help and make things right.

The tires arrived at PEP boys, per your online scheduling, your listed appointment time was wrong by one hour! When I got there, they told me that they don't have equipment to place my tires on my 2021 Model S! This was a big inconvenience since I arranged to take the day off to leave my car there to have new tires installed, tried contacting your customer service number and it just kept ringing for over two minutes and nobody picked up! I had to arrange the trunk of my car so that I could take the four tires to a shop that could install these tires not the one you recommended! As I stated above, I was going to have you transfer them to another shop, but nobody picked up on your customer service number so I took matters into my own hands and had to lug them to a Tesla certified tire installer shop. This should've been your responsibility since I did it online and you should interview the shops that you're referring people to to make sure that they're able to handle the job

Trying to get 13" tires in the size you want, is like trying to pull teeth out of a grizzly bear. I found what I wanted at Priority Tire at a very reasonable price. I put them on my Columbia golf cart, Wow... what a ride.
