Tires came as expected upon delivery notice that I ordered the wrong size just wanted to exchange for right size. That is a complex problem all you can do is return the tires a pretty high cost and have to reorder the right size.

Ordered what I thought was the tire and wheel that was shown in the picture. Come to find out it was only the tire and not the wheel. Kind of disappointed.

However, you can always return tires to us as we offer a 90-day return policy if the tires are not mounted or used.

The tires I purchased were fine, exactly what I purchased. The customer service or lack thereof that I received on this order was disappointing to say the most. Not shipped same day as advertised and when I contacted customer service they assured me first that they would ship same day as scheduled and then the following day when they still hadn't shipped they just made excuses and did nothing to rectify the situation. Not an honest company to deal with. Very disappointing experience over all
Needless to say we do our best to ship every order as advertised, we have no reason not to; mistakes and issues of various kinds may occur, from technical difficulties to warehouse delays. Our agents try to be honest and forthcoming about this, providing information at their disposal and taking the steps they can within the procedures allotted to them.

The tire and alignment shop I took them to said the runout of the tires was.015 which is good. Especially for a cheaper tires. They're rolling smooth and wearing evenly so far. Using them for steer tires on a Isuzu NPR 17k grossed out 24/7.
