Everything great... but the tires were flattened to ship which complicated installation for a DIY guy.

That should only be possible with Bias tires (for Tractors and such), but even then any deformation is temporary and we know from many previous cases that Customers can easily mount them - if you are having issues mounting the tires or feel that the deformation is extreme, please do report this to us in more detail so that we can help you!
